And at 27 (the time that this case went to TPC) you can't use "young and dumb" as an excuse - if anything you should be old enough by now to know better and not stuck to your BS story justifying all of your irresponsible actions. At that point you should have been old enough to own your mistake. If you're still young and dumb at 27, you'll be "young and dumb" as long as your looks hold out. Two more points for good measure - good people aren't liars and thieves at 27, yet here you were sticking to your story even now, so it doesn't appear that you've grown much in the 6 years since you ripped off the car company and the mechanic.
