The People's Court

2 жыл бұрын

The plaintiff says the defendant hired him to fix his car, which had been in a crash. He claims she stole if after he fixed it and hasn’t paid him. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff used her car to drive around town, and he isn’t even a licensed mechanic. She says she doesn’t owe him a thing.

@@unorthodoxbuni if you are legitimately the plaintiff in this case - go sit down and be quiet. You are a flat out liar and thief. And at 27 (the time that this case went to TPC) you can't use "young and dumb" as an excuse - if anything you should be old enough by now to know better and not stuck to your BS story justifying all of your irresponsible actions. At that point you should have been old enough to own your mistake. If you're still young and dumb at 27, you'll be "young and dumb" as long as your looks hold out. Two more points for good measure - good people aren't liars and thieves at 27, yet here you were sticking to your story even now, so it doesn't appear that you've grown much in the 6 years since you ripped off the car company and the mechanic. They also aren't popping out 2 kids out of wed lock. Hopefully you've put a lock on that - the world doesn't need anymore of you.

She studied law? Girl went to two bond hearings and watched one episode of Doggy Divorce Court. She has insurance (?) and the dealer that sold her the car said call this guy, really? She never intended to pay anything, she's a bum with attitude. Home girl's name is Justis 😂

The defendant stating she studied law reminds me of the 'Golden Girls' episode, when Rose is helping Sophia write her will (It is also one of the few times they left bloopers at the end of the episode), Rose claims she knows what she is doing. 'L.A. Law' was another hit show at the time, Sophia finally grows frustrated and asks Rose, "How close to the screen were you sitting when you were watching 'LA Law?' That show generated more laughs and lines we still quote all these years later, than few other shows ever did! 🤣

The defendant is so aggravating. She has so much unnecessary sass and disrespect especially when she is dead ass wrong! She had him fix her car and steals it bk. In Texas the mechanic can put a mechanic lean on it and it's theirs till you pay it off. I'm surprised the judge had so much patience. She was getting on my damn nerves.
