Ahhh, now I know how to pronounce, Canaan ! lol, I was saying it 3 different ways, and all were wrong, lol but now I know! What a magnificent place ! I would love to go there! Loved the firepits they had for you to use! The pool looked huge. and love that they have an indoor pool also ! The Cafe was nice and quaint! Ooooo, ice cream ! Wow !! the gift shop looked fun...I could spend quite a while looking thru there! Im sure I would find something I would just had to have !! Oh, the lobby is very nice! I would love to sit in one of those cool looking antler chairs, there by the fireplace! Blackwater river trail looks amazing ! Cool Beaver Dam ! Did you see them swimming around? Those rocks were wild looking! They did look like tumbstones ! It sorta looked like at one time , they could have been standing upright, like pinnacles, then fell over like that. I love things like that, its so interesting to me! OMG !! The cabins were so cool! They looked very inviting to stay at. Have you ever stayed in one there? Beautiful place. Yes, thats going on my bucket list for sure. (and my list is getting very long, because of all these fun videos you do!!) lol I went to their website, and now Im hooked watching the LIVE STREAM video that they have! They have 3 camara's to watch ! Thanks for sharing Lou Loved the video !! vicky

Thanks for sharing, Any idea what the campsites cost. We were actually there at the resort On a Christian marriage retreat.

Ever since West Virginia granted the consessionairre management of the campground the rates have creeped up. With the resort fee, I believe the campsites are around $40.00 per night. Ask for the senior discount (10%) if 62 years or older, state residence not required. Lou
