This is the last video from Canada.
I liked the way Canadians spend their summer holiday very much. It’s so relaxing and refreshing. I was in a great cottage on the shore of Lake Huron and I really enjoyed the beautiful nature!
I hope you liked the Canada series! If you did, please write to me.
And now the recipe for “Silveto’s pancakes”
In her humble opinion, there’s no secret, but as you will read below there are some tricks in the recipe. :) In my humble opinion, the pancakes are so good because they’re made with quite a few eggs and a lot of effort is put into getting them to be thin!
Ingredients:
6 eggs
600 ml milk
1 1/2 teacup flour (1 cup = 250 ml)
1 tbsp sugar
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
2. Add the milk.
3. Gradually add the flour until the consistency of the mixture is a little lighter than that of boza (that’s why here the amount of the flour isn’t the most important but the consistency of the mixture is, that is, you may have flour left at the end or you may need to add to the amount given above.)
Another important thing about the preparation is that you need a bigger pan so that the pancakes become thin.
When the mixture is poured into the pan, you lift it from the hob and with light but quick circular movements you distribute it evenly on the surface. It’s important to have a thin layer!
Before each pancake you spread butter on the pan.
Bon appetit ❤
