Ask ko lng po yung psa certificate po namin is ung psa certified plng po kasi 2-3 months pa daw po dadating ung psa marriage certificate ung green po ung kulay. Ok lng kaya un ibigay ko sa immigration pra po ma start ko na sya?

@@gracymackyn2152 yes po ung sa biometrics po as early as nkuha ko ung biometric request nagpa appointment na po me agad. dun po sa mismong website na chatbot nila. may mkaka chat ka pong live agent tapos wala po me binayaran. ung medical po nagpa sched po ako then namili po ako ng hospital dun sa nirefer ng canada immigration. IOM po ang affordable un po alam ko.

@@gracymackyn2152 nag email lng po me sa clinic then meron na po me agad appointment. nag rereply nman cla through emails. depende kasi kung anong hospital iba2x sila ng fee. sa IOM nasa 10k ang medical.

Ma'am/sir nag apply Po ako pa Canada last august 2022 as a single pero itong Feb 2023 nagpakasal Po ako. Galing Po Kasi akong Saudi owi Ng pinas nagpakasal at bumalik din agad sa Saudi, ngayon Po approved na Ang application ko at lahat Po yun was under single. . Pano Po Kaya gagawin ko para ma update Ang application ko?

Hi.. we really appreciate your comment. Wala pong certain amount of income necessary to be eligible to become a sponsor. One of the requirement lang po is sponsor's t4 to show you pay taxes and /or have a job. Also pag PR na po, day one, you can sponsor na po. May undertaking lang po or agreement sa goverment na you have to make sure sufficient ang budget nyo to support yung sponsored applicant until they get a job of their own once they land Canada.

Hello. Thank you for your question. During our time processing, there was a requirement that the sponsor must have stayed in Canada for at least 2 years. For this time, I'm not sure if it's still the same. Better to check the immigration section in canada.ca for more info.

(General Application Form, Additional Dependants/Declaration Form, and Additional Fam. Information Form?) Your response is highly appreciated ❤

Hi Tin. Thank you for your comment. When we did our application before, we researched about the dependents and it means children. So we did not put the parents and siblings as there was another form where all the details of parents and siblings are needed to be written. We are not sure about the updated forms though.

hello ma'am, pwede po ako ask.. Kasi married na po yung bf ko po na Canadian citizen dito sa pinas.. at ngayon pwede pa naman dw cya makasal doon sa Canada sabi Ng lawyer niya. Kaya lang hindi kmi makasal dito sa pinas kasi hindi pa cya annulment dito. Pwede po ba maging Spousal sponsorship parin ako?? Kasi dadalhin dw niya ako sa Canada at doon nalang daw kmi magpakasal?

Hi po. Need po translate to english. Nagpa translate kami sa kaibigan namin na english-filipino licensed teacher (attach din po yung copy ng diploma and license nya). Tapos pa notarize po na true copy.

Dear Madam, My wife who is in Canada submitted Application for a Permanent Residence under Provincial Nominee Program Class in Canada dated June 7, 2018. Later we were married on February 2019 & added me as her spouse to her PR application (I'm an Indian, currently working in Kuwait). When we checked our online application status, there is a note that the decision has been made, however, in our MyCIC online profile, the note stated that the application still in progress. It has been since long we haven't had any updates. What does it mean, any clues???

Depende po sa application nyo kung complete or may mga kulang. Wala po sila standard time ng bio requests based sa spousal fb group iba2x per couple. 🙂

My online application is rejected because we didn’t attach signatures on the form, now we corrected all the missing signature and uploaded to the portal the problem is when we submit the application the “SUBMIT APPLICATION BUTTON CANT BE CLICK” please we need help for this since the ircc can’t be contacted easily

You can try po using different browsers. May list po of supported browsers ang IRCC. If hindi pa din the best po is tawagan talaga. They can guide you better po on the next steps. 🙂

Sa amin taglish din at pina translate namin. Better in english lahat para maintindihan ng reviewing officer. D natin alam po ma timing sa strict na officer.

Hello po. Best po check yung updated checklist na makikita sa website ng CIC. Nasa video po yung link. Nag uupdate kasi ang forms periodically so baka may mga addtl forms sa ngayon. 😊

Yes po. Madami na delay dahil sa pandemic. And internationally madami po applications annually so nag dedepend talaga. Factor din ang status, info, at documents na sinubmit ng sponsor at applicant.

Hi kath and angelo, i dunno if you encounter this namiss ko kasi ung isang email and wala akong nareciv na attachment? Ang instructions ay isend na lang via courier..matagal po ba ang processing kapag ganun? Done na may biometrics and suspected ko baka un na ung email for medical kasi magkasunod lang na email. Thank you sa timeline na shinare ninyo dahil nakita ko halos magkasunod lang pala ang biometrics and medical. Kasi nabalewala ko ung email ithought same lang pero magkaiba pla ng email id. Thanks in advance...your reply is much appreciated.

Hi po. D po namin na encounter. Usual courier lang po witg ETA yung na try namin through DHL. depende po yata sa courier kung mabilis or mabagal.

Ask ko Lang po I am also from cagayan valley, my husband is in Manitoba, a butcher and PR is on process and we already have our papers for spousal visa unfortunately I can't process bcoz VFS is not accepting walk in clients due to the pandemic and we're advised to apply it online...ano po Yung gagamitin ko na gckey po Yung Kay husband po ba? O magreregister po ba ako ibang gckey? Thanks in advance po sa sagot mo...more power to you...

hi po. sorry po hindi namin na try yung ganyan. I can suggest po na email nyo vfs about that para sure kayo. kasi kami noon gckey pang ni sponsor ang gamit namin.

Hi Kath and Angelo! I just want to ask what steps where taken to declare your marriage to you? Is there a need to obtain a new PR Card that states that you are now married and that indicates a new surname?

Hi there Ana. Thanks for stopping by. It's Kath. So, initially it's the Marriage Certificate. Later on, I change my last name on my driver's license and health care insurance card. Also on CRA you just need to change it to married online for filing of tax. I am still using my maiden name on my PR card and passport.
