Question: Does even the IRCC officers read the letters?

We addressed with quoting the GCMS notes with notarized employment contract, notarized leave for vacation from employer, bank accounts, 30 day visiting, letter of invitation and rebuttal letter with the extra notes in the GCMS notes that were not told about it. We have gone through the normal web forms with only auto generated blame on the backlog. We even updated through webform with updated bank account.Also we have asked the Member of Parliament to inquire about this. We also started another atip for the GCMS notes June 2nd but have not received anything after the 30 days timeframe. The member of parliament up here said they will address it again if they change the time again.

On the LMIA it supports also permanent residency, why is the officers looking at temporary stay? When it's the LMIA supports Permanent Residency???

Out visitor visa refused twice.Both of us pensioners with regular income.We have assets here in home country. Our son a PR in Canada paying 3000- 4000 Can $ for last 5 years. Please, my application was rejected because i couldn't give my biometrics within the 30 days provided. Meanwhile i sent a web form to inform ircc that i received an appointment date that was more day 30 days. Later, i got a maill from ircc saying my request for extension has been approved yet i got refused for not providing the biometrics in time. Hello, I got a refusal for TRV on 24 May 2023. I raised a webform for reconsideration on 12 July and recived an email stating We acknowledge receipt of the documents and wish to inform you that they have been added to the file. Please note, for technical reasons, they may not be visible in your online account. Rest assured that your supporting documents are indeed added and available for officer review. Does this mean that my case will be reopened or it means nothing??

I have applied for a Working Holiday Visa. So I downloaded all the documents you want. They asked me for a police certificate from Sudan, even though I live in Germany. I downloaded the German police certificate again because I had nothing else. In the end, they rejected my application. Can I submit a request for reconsideration?
