Canning Hopping John Black Eyed Peas Small Batch Rebel

1 pound dry black eyed peas soaked
2 c diced ham
1 c diced onion
1 diced bell pepper
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Makes 6 pints
To each jar add 1c peas, 3T onion, 2T Rotel 1T bell pepper.
Season each jar with 1 tsp chicken bullion, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper.
Serve over rice...

Thanks for sharing. I will try this recipe see if I like it I have a pound of peas to use and this will be meals I can eat on a busy day.
