Soup was one of the things I wanted to can the most when I started canning. I love having home canned soup on the shelf. It is so easy to take to work for lunch, or for my family to have a quick meal. Canning soup has really reduced the waste in my kitchen because I go through and use what we have. It is such a blessing to share the art of canning with all of you. Please reach out and say hello.

The National Center for Home Food Preservation is a wonderful resource. I check this site every time I can anything. I am not affiliated with them, but they are a free resource that I recommend.
