thank you for making this video its the only one that helped to get my printer working again

Normally I don't say anything but there are a few things that you did that can cause someone to break it before they can use it. You should always shake you're ink a little before installing and removing the seal just to be sure the entire inside is evenly coated ive had customers who complained of bad prints and or nothing displaying on the paper after they print about 98percent of the time I take out the ink put a seal on it give it a light shake get all airbubbles out and record any dry spots from it sitting for however long reinstall the ink and wella works that's just one thing I'm pointing out I'm not criticising I just feel it's somthing you should know before somebody who dose not know is watching your video and follows some of these "steps" and winds up with a broken printer and don't manhandle it yes it's not glass but it is sensitive to these are a budget friendly printer therfore extra care is needed due to cheaper materials used to make the product another is make sure you remove all of the tape before doing anything and check printer for shipping dammage before using it would be easier to get replaced if somthing was broken if noticed before using that is visibly noticeable that is and when scanning the alignment page never use color use black and white you can say it dose not matter but you need to push the black ink button for an accurate alignment scan there are reason why they say to use only the black ink when running tests and or alignment less room mor mistakenly printer confusion it sounds crazy but with uncolored ink it reed's differently and is suggested by manufacturer with a color scan a color could be off just enough to where you may not notice put the printer picks up and could result in a inaccurate alignment with black ink it's all one solid color almost no room for error nit to say it can't happen with black ink but is highly unlikely hence the recommended method by the manufacturer I only bring this all up is bc I've dealt with all these problems with customers over the years and I'm just passing it on the little things do mazzer when it comes to these types or even high end printers

it says cant access your computers os under 2520 as I have Acer Chromebook. So guess cant use the printer

I sent mine back, it's a POS...............when it was picked-up, best day ever, stay away from this piece of junk.............just sayin'........you will happier with a quality printer........
