Great video. How low should the heat be lowered for the 15 minutes each side. on a scale of 1 to 8 should I lower the heat to 2?

Very interesting... most of the style of this chicken they literally mean WHITE cut chicken, the skin and meat is always very white... but I have seen some chickens that are yellowish already, but I see you can simulate that by using Tumeric, nice
