Күн бұрынI started in 3E at 7:36am and finished in 4 hours 23 minutes.
I was going great guns until the cramps hit me in Hout Bay, so I tried to ride through the cramps by soft pedalling and breathing in heavily but, by the time I got to the start of Suikerbossie, I had to pull over at the physio tent for a rub down. I could not get back on my bike so I started my Walk of Shame to the top of Suikerbossie. At the top I managed to get back on and cruised to the end.

Thanks for sharing your video of the CTCT 2023 109kms race! I found it 12 days after you posted it. I finished at 11.53am so I will watch it gradually. Well done on your very good time, even though you had cramps, rub down and a walk up Suikerbossie!

I did the 42km this year, starting in group 9D. It was my first ever timed cycling event. I used your 2021 video as a ride along on some training sessions at gym. Was so helpful
