Lekker vid !! - I only managed a 3hr18 due to cramps kicking in at the 55km mark. I might have pushed a little too hard on the outbound leg - it was great fun nonetheless !! 00:37:00 & 00:45:45 & 01:50:00

I have watched the first ten minutes.. and used google to find port shepstone and margate in south africa. Its great to see a bit about how others experience the road. Especially the gradient, heart beat, and speed overlaid over the video. What did you use to record this - I would love to share something similar for my (smaller) rides for family on the far side.

I did the 42km this year, starting in group 9D. It was my first ever timed cycling event. I used your 2021 video as a ride along on some training sessions at gym. Was so helpful
