Nice video, btw it’s a bit of a misnomer that unlocking your front hubs saves you fuel. It does save you the tiniest bit, but it’s so minimal it’s not worth worrying about.

A long way from Alone Australia Mike. I've never seen a vid of someone fishing off the tip, I caught a 12kg GT while camping at Rabbit Island north of Mackay, ate the lot with my mate. I am heading off to the Cape in July, I hope I can emulate your amazing fishing experience. I am watching Alone Labrador tonight. One contestant (in ep 1.) gave a very reasoned justification for choosing the salt as one of the 10 choices. Cheers.

Great informative video, ive never done Cape York and beyond yet, only been as far as 50km out of cairns was start of wet season and my old pajero wasnt gonna hack it.
