In mk1 invasion, the level "look to la luna" is a reference to a clue given by reptile in mk 1992, also in invasions, there is an achievement called adventure time. Also in golden eye console, there is a mission where you have to use a computer to open a door. Shooting the computer enough will make it blow up. The game will send a scientist down and shooting him drops a key card. more details: there is a johnny cage announcer voice with a ton of references, I found 2 so far, "two face", when selecting reptile, and "just the facts ma'am" when selecting li mei, and "still waiting on those sunglasses" for goro. My personal favorite in the entire game though, is that the code johnny cage gives you for his mansion is the blood code from mk 1992.

A few neat details I've noticed in the new br My Hero Ultra rumble are that if you sit in the menu with certain characters, they'll get annoyed like Todoroki saying something along the lines of "I need to train to make my quirk stronger, let's go" and that depending on certain characters load in together such as Todoroki loading with Momo, he'll say "looking forward to your tactics yaoyorozu". It's just really neat to me and I'm excited to see any I may have missed

The Shining carpet is one of the ones I've started rolling my eyes at whenever I see it in games. It's like, if you just want to be able to say your game has Easter eggs and references but don't actually want to put in effort, just put a red balloon, the Shining carpet, a sword in a fire, and a delorian.

I actually watched Alien last night. Last time I saw it I was really young and thought it was "boring" compared to Aliens. And wow, what a masterpiece of cinema. Literally blew me away. Ridley Scott is a genius

On the Nostromo map in Dbd, you can sometimes come across a dead body in a spacesuit (it always changes its location tho). If you crouch on it, you can pick up a key card. Bring it to the pad near the locked door (near the window) and interact with it to be asked for a code. I believe the code is left, down, up, right if you're on controller. If you get the code right, you'll unlock the door which leads to a secret room, with the M.O.T.H.E.R. computer from the film (and a chest with a very rare item)

It also makes sense the Shujinko's fatality would be a shot for shot reference since his whole thing is copying moves

another funny mk1 detail is if you stay on Johnny on the character select screen, he will progressively get more tired of holding his smiling pose

I loved the Guardians game. Made me wish the MCU couldve expanded more on them to include more of the comic material

For Video Game Easter Eggs/References to other Video Games: In Zombie Army 4's Ragnarok Part 2 DLC during the first "Survive the Ambush" objective, one of the characters, when giving story exposition about the beginning of the universe, says the line "In primordial space, timeless creatures made waves." This is referencing the exact same line from Marathon 2 of the famous Marathon series.

In Cyberpunk 2077, if you go to Captain Caliente, there will be an npc ordering some food outside to the left of the restaurant and the order sounds very familliar (big smokes order from GTA San Andreas)

Shujinko is not that popular with MK fans, but I admit that his fatality is so freakin' cool.

i don't know if you already showed this, but in cyberpunk 2077, there's a character called ozob, he has a granade as nose, you may be asking why is this a Easter eggs? well, ozob isn't a cb2077 original characters, he is actually a tabletop rpg character from the podcast nerdcast, which they made a RPG especial and ozob was a character from one of the players, a funny thing is, in Portuguese at least (i dont know about English) ozob is dubbed by the original creator of the character, azaghal.

I'm pretty sure the two Easter eggs with the JCVD skin are exclusive to that skin. Regular Johnny responds to the "you're late earthrealmer" line with something about his train to Busan running late. The only other reason I think they're exclusive to the skin is that many of the JCVD intro reference movies JCVD is the star of, like Kickboxer, Street Fighter, Universal Soldier, Time Cop.

There's an Easter egg in Mad Max Game, where you can find a book titled "Mad Max" and what's funny is the reaction of Max towards it

fun fact i think: the cat in dead by daylight is a reference to the cat in the anime series (Demon slayer) it have the same color and appears and dissappears when it meows like the anime plus: there is an eater egg in the new (assassin's creed mirage ) when you can get the time dagger as a weapon from (prince of persia ) which actually works and slows down time

That Jesus easter egg (fitting since Jesus being resurrected is what Easter is about) and the part where He can transform into any random NPC is interesting because it reminds me of that one time where Jesus disguised Himself as a common folk, more accurately a beggar. So funny thing: When facing off against Liu Kang as..well Liu Kang, there is a chance they will reference the start of the Injustice timeline with this:Liu Kang 1:”What happened to your Kitana?” Liu Kang 2:”An evil clown tricked me into taking her life.” Meaning that Liu Kang 2 was taking the place of Superman in his timeline and Joker (or some other character) was the one to trick him.

*Did you know* , in the vr game bonelab if you load up the sandbox map tuscany and fly using a device called the nimbus gun behind the mountain to the edge of the map there is a reference to *The Truman Show* ending.

Amnesia the dark descent: right before you're locked out of the tutorial area, backtrack and you'll find a gramaphone with the developer commentary for the game. As far as i'm aware, no one but me has found it yet.

In the game Dragonball Xenoverse, you get to create your own custom character, complete with various voice options. As opposed to the other voices, Male voice 8 will mispronounce attack names. He'll call the Big Bang Attack the Tryhard Attack, Distructo Disc will be called Pizza Time, and the Dodon Beam will be called the Bang Beam. This is a reference to to Dragonball Z Abridged, and Takahata101, who voiced several characters from that series, provided the voice for this character, with some of the voice lines referencing the Abridged series.

There is also a line of Kenshi in MK 1 when he wins a round he will say "Where's your motivation". A reference to Vergil of Devil may Cry, his famous quote.

Just so you know that 5 palm move as you call it is an actual kung fu move with thousands of others that are very similar, it wasn’t actually supposed to be a kill bill reference, with Mortal Kombat 1 even the devs explained that they went with more authentic martial arts moves and each character has their own style.
