Car camping is a GREAT way to get out and enjoy nature, especially for beginners. It allows you to access the great outdoors, and be in nature but still be comfortable and bring along ALL the fun gear! In this video, I show you tons of fun (and essential) gear to make your car camping trip fun and easy.
We also do some campfire cooking, where I share my two FAVORITE camping treats AND we do some alpine trout fishing! Its a jam packed video that you don't want to miss!

One of my favorite lil lakes...gets busy there now days. If you stand on the big log closer to the ramp... U can literally just drop your line down watch your bait disappear and then set the hook. Good stuff Ash , Thanks for posting ,makes me want to gooo!

Yes! I will make a video of this soon! Quick tips include keeping your feet warm, good socks! Good base layers, plenty of fire wood, keep your head covered, get a sleeping bag that is rated for temperatures you are in.

I really enjoyed your video. How were you fishing the bobber powered bait combo? Still fishing it or slowly reeling in the bobber? 🤷‍♂️🎣✌🇺🇸

We were just casting it out and VERY slowly bringing it in. The fish were rising everywhere and if you weren’t getting bit, just reel in a couple feet. The motion attached them, and you’d get hit pretty quick. Trout can be finicky though. Don’t be afraid to try several techniques.
