gosh, these sales techniques are from the '80s.. hardcore.! Yes, a younger / weaker person could be "dominated" like this, but I think a lot of buyers now would walk .. if someone tried to get one over me like that, i'd laugh ... now if the person was REAL .. and had a sense of humor, and I LIKED him, maybe I'd stay

I worked in business to business office equipment sales in the late 1980s. It was a very ruthless, low brow business not good for the soul treating other human beings like that is bad,. Treat them well, and with respect, earn their trust, and you will get their business.

He is very good in terms of communication but he is not getting the objections that he is giving. So he is making it harder to the coachees. Just my observation.

I always say "I wanna save you the hassle from going to other dealers I know how much you love me!" Then I say what Andy says what are you looking for the best deal ? Or I look what they are looking at a typically it's a similar car but lower trim then I say we sent comparing apples here :)😊/

@@Said...0 typically they'll show a lower trim vehicle and I'll say we're not comparing apples to apples I'll mention miles. Also the differences in trim.
