I made it today... It doesn't set in first 10:10 mts.. I kept for 10mts more in high flame.. it came out well... It's really 😋😋😋 yummy... Thankyou 👍

May be your pan was small . In that case custard will be thick and takes more time

Made this today ..and came out soo good and perfect .must tryy for bread pudding lovers.cooking time mathram different ayrunnu .20 min cook cheythu prnjapole .ut cook ayittillayrunnu .so oru 15 min koodi low to medium cook cheythu. I use a lid instead a foil .so last 15 min ichiri gap itt ahn adachath .and also added a bit of butter in to boiling milk.came out perfect ..so smooth and creamy texture..new fav recipe❤❤.thanks chechii
