Useful info, explains why i tend to gain upto 1kg in a single cheat day and lose the weight in a single day if i fast. I somehow figured it was water weight but dis not know the exact calculations. Thanks!

Carbs like noodles and bread have a lot of kcal! For a smaller person like me, I have 1600kcal daily. If I eat spaghetti...and other refined carbs, I will gain weight. So I stick to high volume low kcal like vegetables and some kind of protein. Like that I am full and I'm keeping my weight.

I have clients on 1600 calories and they eat carbs - you will not gain weight if you stick to your calories

@thefatlosscode365 I know, but I can't eat as much as I do now! It's just logical 🤷 I guess you did not understand my first comment. The best way to maintain and be full is high volume foods with low kcal. Sometimes, we can go for spaghetti and other carbs but not on a daily basis.

Well this isn't entirely true, there has to be an account for pure themodynamics and the way your body burns every calorie by even digestion process itself, let alone basic tasks such as walking up to the fridge to get some beer. You can eat 2000 kc worth of chicken and gain weight, or 1000 worth of chicken and lose it. It is all very specific and odd to an individual.
