Learning keto was a bit helpful but it comes with some undesirable pitfalls. Mainly because it wasn't helping me with the cravings. In fact it increased my cravings for some unhealthy options. Now learning about when ketosis starts along with autophagy was more important. ❤

@@thefatlosscode365 oh I'm living proof it's not necessary 💪😉🤙 I spent way too many miserable years figuring constipation or diarrhea symptoms from plants and veg. The days would be planned around the toilet availability or I'd stay at home. Work was nearly impossible and I was simply following doctors orders to increase my fiber vegetable intake. Bad life choice for many of us. It's okay because I'm not suffering anymore because I changed my ways and tried something I didn't believe would work. 🤷
