I had to do a little research about adenosine deaminase and here's what I found: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6900608/ It appears that ADA has cardioprotective effects in patients with CAD and MI but further research is needed. I have not seen ADA measured in patients in my clinical practice. Thanks for the interesting question!
