I love doing Chandra Namaskars to feel a good stretch in my spine and hamstrings. This video is one of its kind and the first time I tried doing 12 rounds of Chandra Namaskar. I have added a few variations to keep this fun and interesting! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Loved this practice, I think I found my new favorite 😄 Super clear instructions and easy to follow since you are mirror imaging,very thoughtful of you to do that! And I can't wrap my head around how you manage to say "right " but do "left"🤯 So skilled you are!

One of my favourite workouts for stretching and an awesome legs workout. I enjoy this the most amongst my all other workouts. Wow! Today I did this video along with you. I have specifically written "along with you" coz I generally have to pause the video multiple times in between to catch my breath and fight my stamina. 😆😆Whoa! I did 12 rounds and felt WOW!! Dear rashmi I request you to make a video on the type of clothes suitable during yoga asanas, food that should be consumed before and after yoga asanas, should we drink water or not. Best time of doing it and many other doubts ! Confused a lot I wish you will make a wonderful video on it!

You can practice at anytime as long as your last meal was 2 to 2.5 hours prior to getting on your mat

Loved it! Chandra Namaskars always felt like a happy dance rather than a workout but this video showing variations and being 12 rounds really made me feel like doing a happy workout! How many rounds are needed depends on you, your stamina and your weight loss goals. Weight loss is not dependent only on how much you exercise but also depends on what you eat. There is no shortcut or fast mode for weight loss

Mam .....after doing this....I tried to do a split( tried out first time).....while doing the split I was getting many crackling sounds at the pelvic joints....is it normal or was I trying to stetch too hard....mamm I want to ace a split pls help

You can skip the step or keep trying to practice it. Try the video on raj Kapotasana or pigeon pose and do the video on flexibility and hip openers

No you need to have a gap of atleast 2 hours
