Careful With Investing in These Countries Nomad Capitalist Recommends
Nomad Capitalist has featured Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, and Uzbekistan, all countries with residency or citizenship by investment programs.
When looking for a second residency and dual citizenship abroad, it is essential to consider a country's immigration policies.
The UAE and Saudi Arabia are rich in oil, yet both countries have chosen new diversification paths, including offering residence permits to wealthy expats.
Uzbekistan was recently featured on the largest channel in this industry, Nomad Capitalist, which is run by Andrew Henderson, one of our industry's most experienced offshore experts.
Egypt residency by investment is an option for those looking for a passport in northern Africa.

Funny right . . . Before this gig Andrew had a pool cleaning service in Arizona and sold advertising slot on radio stations in the USA. He dropped out of Arizona State University early on and yet he talks down about education and thinks himself a sophisticated businessman. I think of him as a glorified, self-important, arrogant pool boy.

lol these thumbnails, andrew must strongly dislike/hate you. do you think that as we will see more countries adopt CBDC's somewhere like paraguay will likely take much longer if they do plan to implement it? I believe somewhere like paraguay would take longer due to 1. their government is typically slow/not optimized. 2. just an example, paraguay to my knowledge doesn't even have 5G technology if I am not mistaken, when other parts of the world got this several years back. This has me led to believe that paraguay is behind a lot of things compared to other more advance parts of the world

I warn people about the potential downsides of certain countries that are recommended by that other channel. I haven't bashed him this time around. Paraguay's lack of technology is a plus, not a minus. Paraguay is not perfect by any means. It's pretty dull, but it works for people seeking a quiet lifestyle, low taxes, and peace of mind! Many people don't need big nightclubs, crazy tourism, or the entertainment that comes with a buzzing metropolis. Paraguay is different.

Nomad Capitalist, aka Andrew Henderson, is a joke. I have been making comments on posts for the last 6 months now. Expats like Andrew are a blight on the countries that they target as he refuses to assimilate. Andrew has not lived in an English-speaking country for how long? Long enough to speak at least one other language, but I followed him around around Bogota. He went to Starbucks and he does not speak Spanish. He owns a home there and talks about Mexico as high on his list but he can't be bothered to learn even functional Spanish. He is an elitist and an example of who has started anti-nomad/expat movements in many locations with increasing nomad/expat densities. I invite Andrew to Southern Brazil, where I have lived for 20 years. He can spend a week with me here. I would love to watch him struggle here. Andrew is an expat marketing tool that feeds his ego and picks the pockets of want-to-be expats in my opinion. If you want proof then all you need to do is put him into a real expat situation and watch how he handles it.

Pinned your comment, people should see it! He certainly is not a real nomad. He follows the money but that’s about it.

@@NomadElite The truth, in my opinion, is that Andrew is a poorly educated, insecure boy who wraps himself in facades engineered to make himself feel comfortable in situations where he knows he does not measure up. I lost all respect for him when he started issuing his "Emergency Meeting" videos where he dresses up in a Carmen Sandiego cartoon character trench coat pretending to be addressing a room full of people to announce his latest gimmick to fleece more potential expats. These are not emergencies. Andrew does not understand geopolitics, which is really the driver now in the expat strategy and implementation arena today. Would I like to save some money on taxes in a lower-cost-of-living area? Well, sure but at what risk? I live in the Southern Cone. I have citizenship in a Mercosul country by choice and residency in other Mercosul countries. I have separated my personal and professional lives and I take advantage of territorial tax jurisdictions. I don't live in a global flashpoint geopolitically. Jim Rogers mentioned in an interview with Andrew Henderson that he thinks that it is time to leave Singapore due to China's activities in the South China Sea. Andrew loves Malaysia, which is located in this region but he does not address the geopolitics living there. Now he comes up with Central Asia. If one takes out a map and thinks for 5 minutes knowing little about regional politics then I am sure a modestly intelligent person could come up with a dozen really bad scenarios where they would not want to be there personally or have their assets tied up there. I feel the same way concerning the UAE, Turkey, and increasingly Eastern Europe. Forget about the BRICS for a moment. What happens in the aforementioned areas as a result of the upcoming US elections? What happens if the USA can't continue to spend as they do in the global arena? What do these enumerated regions look like for a person who is undeniably from a Western Nation? Where is Andrew on those questions? That is right but that is what I would expect from a boy who runs a consulting business aimed at 7-figure-plus incomes whose previous business experience was running a pool cleaning service in Arizona. Andrew was a pioneer in the expat services industry but as everyone who knows about business knows, once a market hits high growth then the pioneers rarely survive as real competitors enter the market and expose the holes in the pioneers' skills and experience.

What do you know about BRICS outside of what you have been fed by the Western media and politicians? I would speculate that your answer is nothing if you would be honest. Look at the % of the global population, vital global resources, etc. The BRICS is real and durable. Anyone who thinks otherwise does so at their own peril. At their next meeting, their blockchain-based system being operational as a competitor to the US SWIFT system will announced as will commodity back non-fiat currency. The USA asked those who don't tow the American narrative to find another way to do international transactions as a result of their unilateral economic sanctions . . . The sanctioned world has responded. The USA needs to learn to not incentivize others to solutions that the USA does not want to exist.
