Thank You Very Much Dr. இந்தப் பதிவைப் பார்ப்பதற்கு முன் இன்று காலை 2 கீற்று மாம்பழம் சாப்பிட்டு என் சர்க்கரை அளவை வீட்டில் உள்ள கருவியில் சோதனை செய்த போது 186 இருந்தது. சீசன் ஆரம்பித்து இத்தனை நாள் கழித்து இன்று தான் பயந்து கொண்டே சாப்பிட்டேன். இனிமேல் உணவுடன் சாப்பிடாமல் தனியாக சாப்பிடுகிறேன். உங்களின் அருமையான தகவலுக்கு மிக்க நன்றி 🎉🙏😋

I am 68 years and a diabetic for over 20 years. My average BG used to be 150+, a couple of years ago. I was always on drugs. In the past two years, I made some minor changes in my food habits and daily routine. I don't take breakfast. I just take a small glass of black coffee. I take my lunch between 12.30 and 1.00 pm. Just a small bowl of rice with a lot of vegetables. I avoid starchy vegetables like potato. I take Upma (Rava Upma) or Poha (Aval Upma) or Mixed Millets Dosa (mix of Jowar, Pearl millet etc powder). Twice a week, I take about 4 Idlis or 2 Rice dosas. Sometime in the evening, by 6 pm, I take a banana or a few pieces of Mango or a few pieces of Jack fruit. Nowadays, my average BG at any point of time is always less than 110 mg/dl. Most of times, it is between 95 and 105. Important: Along with 1 tab (500 mg) of Metformin each during morning, afternoon and night, I take a small spoon (about 10 grams) of Jamoon Seed powder.... (Naval pazha kottai powder). The Jamoon Seed Powder brought about the miraculous drop in my BG and ensures steady control of BG throughout the day.

Dr எனக்கு சாப்பாட்டுகஅகு முன் சர்க்கரை 125.6,. சாப்பாட்டுக்கு பின் 81 காலை உணவு இட்லி 4 சாப்பிட்டேன் 9.30 உணவு சாப்பிட்டு முடித்தேன் 11.10க்கு இரத்தம் எடுத்தேன். இது சரியா எல்லோரும் பயமுறுத்திகிறார்கள் . என் வயது 49 பெண் Hb1ca 7.5 எனக்கு சரியான பதில் தாருங்கள் Dr தயவுகூர்ந்து நன்றி🙏
