For years i used to frown upon players who would behave like this on court but then a few years ago i started playing Badminton. And there were so many times i was frustrated that i felt like smashing my racket and funnily it wasn’t even a competition. I was playing for fun. That made me realise how wrong i was to think players shouldn’t get angry. They are humans at the end of the day just like the rest of us.

1. He never gets disrespectful to other players, unlike other players. 2. His angry moments do not compare even to most players, tbh except for Rafa and Sinner, he is the most calm one. 3. He is the youngest of them all in such a high level and he is classy and kind. Respect for that.

There were Djokovic fans that criticized him for this, but none of these even remotely compare to the racquet abuse from Djokovic who often looks like an unhinged lunatic smashing his racquet. One Djokovic fan actually said Alcaraz only has 2 slams, he's not at Djokovic's level to where he can do that. Since when is racquet abuse a privilege?
