Tough call but Leclerc already started to take the corner by the time Sainz attacked him. He’s also pressed up on the apex and gave Sainz enough room on the outside but still got squeezed, similar to Hamilton squeezing Alonso in Belgium. It’s a racing incident in my view, just hard racing in a medium-high-speed set of corners but if it’s anyone’s fault, that’s why it’s Sainz’

Yes they were heated in the interviews! Both drivers took shots at each other… hopefully they had a discussion afterwards to clear the air because the interviews left a sour taste

@@RacingwithRicu I think they'll be fine. It's not the first time they have fought. Both crossed the line, charles did a bit too much, but I also hope they come back stronger as teammates and not let their personal feelings hinder their performances. It was a terrible idea to put them in front of mics after a hectic, frustrating, and heated race, because no driver can ever think straight after driving in high temperatures, with dehydration etc. But yeah, I hope the same as you. They're a rlly cute and good duo, they can do better!

Couldn’t have said it any better. I think many times the media is hoping that something will be said in the heat of the moment, just so they have something to dissect and discuss for the next few days. At the end of the day, I do think that Carlos and Charles are friends. Yes things were said, but they can probably both reflect on it, apologize to each other, and move on stronger.
