I lived in Tulsa for 9 yrs., I went quite a few times to Higher Dimensions but went regularly to Victory Church (w/Pastor Billy Joe Daugherty-RIP). Like many, his changing of theological beliefs was surprising & saddening. I checked in on him a few times on YT, but honestly couldn't follow what he was saying (at all). I did see the movie & it seemed he changed his views due to the 'problem of evil & suffering' in the world. He never quoted the Bible anymore, just referred to a generic type of God. May the Lord comfort his family as they grieve. I know his daughter was recently baptized at Transformation Church in Bixby, don't know much about that church but a friend tells me it is Bible-based, I hope the rest of the family have found their way back to Christ (if they ever left). In time, I hope you do a vid. regarding his life,we could learn a lot from those who veer away from the truth.

he threw his soul away. Reality hits, death hits, and then eternity hits. Lost forever. A man that did not fear God, now he fears him for all the wrong reasons. Eternal death is the scariest place anyone can be, and yet he chose it for some odd reason.

He was definately a figure of joy, but got off the rails on the truth. I hope he had a true last minute conversion!! I think you did the right thing to honor his life, but very sad how things went awry for him and his followers.

Its a shame that he fell so far from the Lord embracing such a false doctrine, I hope on his death bed he repented, he led many astray.

I hear what everyone is saying about hoping Carlton repented and turned BACK to God, but he simply may have never been saved in the first place. Church was just all he knew as a boy growing up and he may have been pressured into the ministry like what happens in a lot of Christian families and churches. In his final moments of life there's always that possibility he could have received Christ. Of course only God knows.

He knew all the time that Jesus is Lord and the son of the most high and that God created Hell for the satan and the fallen angels I hope he repented for his false teachings to mislead his flock astray

He did not preach a false doctrine. He preach the message of inclusion that God is not this angry vengeful nasty Judgment hateful that Christians have made God to be. The idea that God is so wicked to make a place called hell is obscene and evil. The idea if God burning his own creation in a place called hell is sickening.
