Hi Chris, Dave and I love Cars Land! We were in DCA on opening day and got to be some of the first visitors to ride the Radiator Springs Racers ride. Our car was a yellow car. We wanted the Red car, but we were just excited about being there and riding it! We actually rode it “5” times on opening day!! Back then there was also a ride called “Luigi’s Flying Tires” which didn’t last long. But it was awesome, never saw anything like it before. Thanks for the updates!! You are great! ❤🚘🚗⛽️

Cars Land has so much uniqueness to it both day and night. It's so great that curio shop reopened and it's now available to shop in. Mater's Junkyard Jamboree is my favorite Cars Land ride and it has a great soundtrack. A friend of mine has a company that builds different attractions for theme parks. My friend's company built Radiator Springs Racers and all that track and stuff was all done with their fingerprints. During one of my previous Disneyland trips, I went single rider with my friends and it saved us a lot of time waiting in standby.

Great video Chris - very comprehensive information about our favorite land in DCA. Also really enjoyed the music soundtrack. We love going to Radiator Springs Racers at the end of the night - get there around 9:40-9:45. We mostly get in the single rider queue and usually get on in less than 15 minutes. And you’re absolutely right - Cars Land at night is spectacular. Thanks to you and your wonderful family (hi Amanda & Miles!) for all you do to put positivity in the world. It is much appreciated!

I loved the music selection that played during the night scenes, but I found the music playing over Chris speaking about Luigis memorabilia to be distracting, since it competed with Chris' voice and made him hard to hear. Otherwise, great video! Thanks for all the work you do!

13:11 I'm finding Disney is doing this "problem" more and more. Pandora, Pixar Pier (which was just re-theming but still applies), Avengers, Star Wars, Toy Story, Zootopia Arendelle, and rumors for more. I think this can be dangerous down the line for expansions and limits to what can go into the park and areas.

You didn’t show the Hidden Mickey on the hoods at Ramon’s. Plus there is a hidden Mickey on the Telephone wire. The Bottle House when in Line for “Radiator Springs Racers” is similar to the house at KNOTTS

Carsland is the sole reason we decided to go to Disneyland this summer (rather than DW). My son is absolutely obsessed with Cars. Does anyone know when McQueen does his tour around the land? TIA

You can see when he's available by going to the map on the Disneyland app and selecting "characters" on the top. You can also ask a cast member near the Cozy Cone (the dedicated character spot at Cars Land) when Lightning might be making an appearance :)

Here's a secret I found fairly recently. Pay CLOSE attention to the music in Cars Land, especially during the Holidays. You can hear a tune at the 4:10 timestamp on this video. Now, I am going to make you all figure out the lyrics. Hint: it's not what you think it is. (The entire playlist is like this)

If you are in to technology and have a chance to go backstage on Radiator Springs Racers you won't be disappointed and you will see where the money went. Bonus secret: The license plates on the Racers are the initials and birthdays of imageneers who worked on the project.

Aloha Amazing Mr Provost...soI know to some this is blasphme but please follow my thinking. Does anyone think cars will be running on Hydrocarbons in the future? So does the smell of them burning in Tomorrowland make sense??? But...why don't they use some of that "space" they say they have to build a new Autopia in Cars Land?? It fits thematically and then they can put eloectric cars in the current Autopia. There seems to always be some wait at the one they have now...putting one in here would not be that expensive..by comparison

Imterestimg fact... 'Cars Land' was originally 'Shopping Cart Land' after the Pixar movie 'Shopping Carts'. The movie and land bombed despite the park fave 'Homeless Shopping Cart Racers' 🤔🧐🤓😎🥸
