I have to agree with Mike. It´s really interesting to see the evolution of your channel. From the very first drawings to the last Ragnar. First the 3D and now 2D Animations. Nice!! . These boys look like video game characters.😃😃 btw, I loooove Gravity falls. 😃and I love the skeletons of the characters. 🤘🤘🤘🤘

This reel is great. The rock man looks like a boss from a video game haha, and the bone system is super simple. I'm amazed with dipper pines, I didn't know that level of animation was possible with Moho. thanks for this reel.

Hey Cage !!, yeah! you can do any 2D animation you want. in my case I prefer the characters exported from photoshop, but it is more difficult to animate the face on them. In moho you can make animations with bones, or if you prefer frame by frame. And I think that just this month the new version Moho pro 13.5 came out. but believe me,,, it takes time!!!! lmao

Hey bro, thanks a lot for your support!! It means a lot. And yeah, this rig can save a lot of time in 2D animations. There´s even a movie made with this software. “Song of the sea”. I´m still trying to figure out how to mesh an entire face to make it speak. That part is not that easy lol.

Dude, not only are you an incredible artist, but you’re a friggin’ ANIMATOR too?! This vid was awesome man, I didn’t realize that some of these shows (Gravity Falls, was it?) were animated so simply! ...I say ‘simply’, knowing full well that I still couldn’t do it! But certainly it’s a lot simpler animating with key frames opposed to animating every single frame! Great vid, buddy! 🤘

What´s up bro !!. Thanks a lot for that comment !! And yes, you are right, it is simple! It takes time to assemble the skeleton, that's all. The truth is that these examples I made are quite simple, cartoons usually have bones for each finger, hair, or clothing haha It's crazy. Oh, The other day I found out that south park is done in a 3D program. haha. I was convinced that they were 2D. But thanks a lot buddy!!

@@JayBlackCult They WERE actually 2d animated pieces of paper initially, but as the technology improved, they went with the 3D programming, and can now turn around completely episodes on about a WEEK. It’s ridiculous.

@@AngryDadGaming So true, I was watching a video about that. The simpsons or family guy takes like 8 months to have an episode done. And south park can do it on a week with less than 50 programmers lol is crazy.

Hi there!!! Nice to meet you :) oh, let see, I made the Mummy on Illustrator. Dipper Pines was made entirely in Moho (Im going to make a video about how to create a character inside Moho), and the rest are made in Photoshop. I can see you have 2 characters on your profile image, would you like to make an animation with them?.

@@toonlyrics I was thinking to start with blender, but ended up using maya and zbrush. Oh, keep practicing and you will reach your goal. Moho is an amazing tool. There are 2 movies made in Moho. one is "song of the sea" so yeah it´s a great one. Stay strong bro!!. :)

Hi, I love this channel, a question please: An animator just told me he can ONLY give me THE SOURCE FILE from .MOHO… is it really a bad thing ? There is no such a thing as being able to transform that .Moho file into something else IN CASE if later on I need to add certain motion graphics or more parts FROM different Artists, What do you suggest please?

Hi DogEco!!!, nice to meet you 😃 That´s true, I mean, everything you work with in moho can only be exported as an Mp4 video, Flash, Animated Gif, SVG or image sequence and that's it. You can't modify characters or anything made in Moho. Another option is to export the sequence of images, import it in premiere or after FX and add other details from there with motion graphics.
