A review of Bently Bearings from New Way supporting a 3” shaft rotor at 12,000 RPM. The bearings are assembled into a cartridge with self-alignment and damping elements. A single gas feed goes to the cartridge, which is very space efficient for the bearings. Bently Bearings will have their new cartridge bearings at the Turbomachinery and Pump Symposia in booth 1315.
