Hello Alena, I was sent to immigration court by USCIS in July 2022, and my court date was meant to be 2 weeks later but unfortunately the date was removed. Now upon checking on the EOIR it says, no future hearing for this case, case pending….no appeal was received. What bothers me most is no appeal was received. Does that mean my lawyer did nothing to help me? Also, what are my options at this point?
