It all comes down to consent who signed the legal document, never ever sign any of their paperwork. Forced child support is unconstitutional

Child support as fraud it was never intended for mothers and children. It's very unconstitutional. Blessing vs Freestone

Why is child support paid on gross pay and not only 40 hours a week, lots of people like to work 50 to 70 hours a week,, taking away from their free time,, but the child support formula is to screw the guy for all they can take

I've heard cases where American courts considered cases heard and decided in foreign courts. I don't have controlling authority for that...

Texas will be THE LAST to stop this fraud.... they are THE LEADER of receiving these title IV-D funds. They get more than California even though California has almost 11 MILLION more fathers on child support Texas gets DOUBLE the funding because of their process of violating fathers rights and not caring

$20 in the 70s was equivalent to $156.77 today which was a lot of money to pay back then doesn't seem like much now that was a big chunk of change considering average weekly paycheck was $130

Ok. My husband an I split up, I was collecting welfare at the time. My husband had a job . and the welfare started to collect child support from him because I was on welfare. Well they started taking half his paychecks and I felt bad because of it. At this time I had a boyfriend but he had moved back to Az. Well I thought about moving back there myself if I could get a job so I could get off welfare.and before this decision my husband became disabled. So then he didnt have to pay childsupport. That was great but then he had no income and lived with his sister and mom. They would call me all the time cause he couldnt pay his part. So Ive been travelling back and forth to AZ. I finally got a job there. So I got off welfare. Best day of my life. But my mother-in-law kept calling about my husband not working and cant help out. So then I desided to talk with him about maybe taking our children for like a year on and year off then he could get paid for having them with him, not thinking about them coming for me to pay childsupport. Well to make even longer story shorter. I then had to pay child support. I came back here for a 3mos. To visit cause I missed my children. Well still here many years later my husband passed and Ive been struggling for so many years to pay childsupport. Its all paid but I still owe all these rears. Almost $10,000 and Im on disability now have to get 2 back surgeries and both hands. Now there wanting to take what little disability I get plus my licences so I cant get back and to my doctors?? I just dont know what to do as it is I have to live with my parents because I cant afford not to. My children are all grown married and have there own children now. Can someone please help me??? Patricia, go check out the channel called Childsupportmadesimple. The guy there brings up the importance of the verbiage used. The word paternity is at the center of child support, but the word maternity isn't mentioned at all. From one pa-rent to a mother, that channel has someone behind it doing God's work.

when you applied for welfare, you unknowingly contracted with the state, making yourself and child a ward of the state. They do the same thing with drivers licenses to try and make statutes and codes hold the same weight as common law. "Duty" is a corporate S&C legal term they TRY and fancy up while mentally tricking you to think it's as important as common law. You basically give them jurisdiction but that can be just as easily takin away. With you the state is paying for the welfare of the child and parent, so they become a privileged party to the dispute that's able to ask for benefits. Most of the time if you read the entire child support request document down the numerical contract, you'll notice nowhere does it state you have to submit to child support, nowhere... The trickery is they say you have 20 days to respond... if no response is submitted, they take it as agreed to. Google/Read "A Treatise on Arrest and False Imprisonment", there's a free PDF. It will really wake you up to how corrupt the entire legal system including attorney's is. Experts at hiding under the disguise of authority.

@@mycinnamongirl your argument is moot, you are lost in opinionated "how it should be" instead of picking up a UCC handbook or legalese dictionary and understanding things like SSA jurisdiction and contracts. I don't give a shit how you "feel." I'm arguing the validity of law.

@@mycinnamongirl.. See this one is a Biased moron.. So the mothers don't skip on their Birth control to stick a guy? That's a Lie.. And Child support has nothing to do with the family or for the family that's why it's Unconstitutionally Ruled by Supreme Court and Court if appeals as well as many State Supreme Court rulings and not one case overturned. Child support is "Voluntary" and they don't tell you that as they don't tell you you have your Rights. Wonder why that is? .. Oh that's right. Because they Need your Consent to go thru the illegally ran Program that forces/Tricks ppl into it. They are a Corporation Funded by Gov't and Made sure it's running by the States. It's a foreign agency as well as the irs. They have no Laws being they are a business=commerce. That's like hiring Home Depot employees to Enforce payments off of you so they can get Huge Incentives/Bonuses and nice Retirement packages. All the lawyers/attorneys/judges. Real and fake judges all work together as with the police n sheriffs office's. They all getting those fundings from the fundings also frim the scam. Those child support courts are appointed ppl acting as judges.. Not of it is Lawful, the fake judge or the tribunal court. Ppl need 50/50.. The way it should of been and these programs that's worth billions a year need to be banished.

@@mycinnamongirl yes I did and when my son became 18 it stop going to him. And I have never stopped paying. But to find out that the money I’ve been paying goes to his mom and she couldn’t be a woman and let me know that my son passed but waited months later. On top of all the negative things she put in his head . Let’s not forget about the many years I spent looking for him
