Brad is one of the few appellate family lawyers in Texas. During his nearly two decades in practice, he has achieved success in dozens of cases in Texas courts of appeals and the Texas Supreme Court, as well as the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. A high achiever, one thing he is most proud of is the Award of Merit from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children.

I’m in appeal now waiting for a response from DFPS on the 27th asked for a 20 day ext waiting still can you help my case is complex My husband shot me and I lost my leg found out I was pregnant and when I got out the hospital I left with our first child to Texas called the detective in Alabama and he called both PDs and was successful in Bell County DFPS took my child and called me a flight risk bc I was leaving Texas then took my 2nd without a court order based off lies and false documents I have evidence of everything they never returned my two children we both were clean at birth DFPS instead gave my children to the man that shot me sister

What if a woman was targeted because the man had a capias but not the woman didn't have a capias.
