Excellent video, thanks for sharing! Glue is weakest link in most of the cases, i think the future of the bows will be moulded construction like Nika, Uukha, Simsek and others
@miguelveratraditionalarche9374
I still want a Mariner🏹, maybe a Ming M 6🙂
@duragdan2000
Bow explosion and spontaneous fragmentation does occur in selfbows. You can really hurt yourself when a yew warbow fails. Usually the wood snaps into several pieces and splinters can fly in different directions. And the instant release of energy can make the string and string-connected parts whip around and hurt you.

Some epoxy depend on an exact temperature when binding, often around 50 Celsius or more. So they are put in „ovens“. If someone opens the oven door a lot while the epoxy binds-could this be sufficient to explain it?
@havahand
Excellent analysis. Please review the new Daylite Tartar bow if you're inclined.
@tomp6548
what's improved about the new mariner core?
@leblblb
Do you think bamboo is good as a core material?
@MrRourk
I still willing to bet you get a lot less failure than with modern compound bows
@naenjamal4827
Noted😅
@JonWickkk-cn1iv
I guess you are implying if that bow was made with pure fiberglass limbs with the same shape and design there will be no break.
