Whenever Twinkie is laying on the couch/bed in the background, she's watching Amber carefully. I have no doubt that Amber has sat on and dropped her. I wouldn't be surprised if she hit Twinkie too. (Twinky isn't just aggressive because she never snapped or growled at Becky. She followed Becky everywhere and was always in her lap. It's so sad that she couldn't stay with her.)

For all the young people watching: If anyone threatens to break up with you - LET THEM LEAVE. If someone can not resolve conflict or a difference of opinion without using the stability of your relationship as a threat then they are not a good person. They're using that as a way to make you feel unstable and to make you scared of disagreeing in the future ultimately just creating a situation where they always get their way. The FIRST time someone says that to you, accept their offer and show them the door for good.

@NMaxne To explain it a bit better, Destiny said that there was a time where she wanted to go see her mom but Amber did not want her to go and instead be with her. Destiny said that nothing would keep her from visiting her mom which ofc, that's all of us. She said that Amber was nagging and nagging, threatening self harm, up until the point where she was going out the door. She said Amber got so upset Destiny wasn't listening to her that Amber began YELLING at Destiny from the door as Destiny walked to her car. She said that once she got in the car she said Amber threw something and that from the impact it had on the car, Destiny knew it was pretty heavy. She exited and saw that it was a Code Red Mountain Dew.

I think it’s best that Amber didn’t continue in the social work field. When I was getting my BSW, one of my first classes my freshman year of college, a professor told us that many of us just have unhealed trauma, and we chose that field to try and vent through it or live vicariously through clients. She also mentioned how a lot of narcs tend to choose that field and fields like it, like psychology for example. It was a warning she gave us, and I’ll always remember it. “A lot of you don’t actually want to do this work. A lot of you simply just need therapy.” And it was true, a lot of my classmates didn’t make it to the senior year.

Amber has a sinister pattern of trying to isolate her partners from their friends and family, which is a tactic of an abuser. She tried to isolate Casey from his friends, especially bc his friends clocked her worrying behaviors early on. She did the same with Destiny, demanding that Destiny call her every day at work bc she didn’t want her interacting with coworkers. Also the code red incident. Then she did it with Becky, deliberately driving a wedge between Becky and her family, which was Becky’s closest support system. This was not a one-off incident of a young amber being a jealous girlfriend. This is the repeated and deliberate attempt to isolate her partners so she can have control over them. Wouldn’t be surprised if she put Jade through something similar.

Now that we know Amberlynn got kicked by her mom and grandma out of the house, it is kind of crazy to see that Amberlynn now as an adult moved to Oklahoma to be with them. The people that left her homeless. The people who she had problems with. If her own family was willing to leave her as a kid, why would they want her now? They left her with strangers and let her be their problem. Her family is just as selfish as she is. She says that she has forgiven them and her mom got help but I wouldn't be surprised if in a few months we see Amber alone again bc she got in a fight with her mom.

It's so obvious to me. The only reason Amber's mom and grandma wanted her back now was because of $$$. Amber can provide them things she was not able to when she was younger and with no money. The only reason why they would not want her again is if Amber stopped making a significant amount of money, or if Amber became just too obnoxious to be worth it

It seems like all of them also had serious trauma, self-esteem problems, and damage before ever coming into contact with Amber. Amber is definitely super damaged as well and it hints at a lot of reasons why all of them ended up with her. The only exception- maybe- is Wipey, who seems to have been using her more than anything... we hardly know anything about Wipey and I don't believe that a judgment over credit debt makes her a highly damaged person as unfortunately that's increasingly common these days. But I'm a pretty normal person, advanced education, good career, stable lifestyle and not only would I never be in a relationship with someone like Amber, I also wouldn't be friends or acquaintances with her, or even be in any type of social circle where her presence is considered normal. Just looking at her you can tell that something is deeply wrong with her psychologically, and when she opens her mouth and starts talking it's even worse. I seriously question the judgment of anyone who allows Amber into their life

@DarthFurie completely agree. That doesn't absolve her of her wrong doings but Amber is someone who lives in the dregs of society. She could get away with inserting herself into people's lives in their 20s because most people aren't adept as detecting a manipulative person. But as we've seen her get older, she can't insert herself with younger people because who would want to be around someone like that, they'd be embarrassed. We saw her with wipey who was older (nearer to her age) and wipey was sophisticated enough to play her. The older amber gets, the less likely I think she'll be able to victimize unless she starts preying on the mentally handicapped

I know a lot of people refer to this as ‘tea’ but this is a whole different thing all together - this is someone’s precious life. To be so careless and callous with your actions knowing how badly you will damage someone’s life like ALR did is pure evil, that’s really all there is to it. Some people are just bad people to the core. I saw someone in the chat saying ‘this isn’t tea we already know all of this etc’ which is a really gross way of interpreting what’s going on here. This is a small bit of redemption for someone who was falsely accused of something life ruining in front of thousands of people, not to mention, was the victim of abuse.

Im sure some people will have a hard time imagining how someone can be abused by ALR. I always warned my daughters dont underestimate fat girls and farm girls. They are both extremely strong and its easy to underestimate them. And with Casey being young, it doesnt surprise me that ALR could shock him with a sudden unexpected act of violence that looked like it took no effort or real strength on her part.

Becky's mom was dying. Amber's MOM was visiting - seeing each other for the first time in 13 years. Instead of spending time with her mom taking care of her PostOp Amber INSISTED Becky take care of her and stay with her instead of Becky spending time with her dying mother and her FAMILY. ALSO - Amber insisted on the move to Lexington an hour and a half away from Becky's family at the same time. Amber is thoughtless and selfish without an empathetic bone in her body.

Omg the way Amberlynn LATCHED onto that and immediately absolved herself of all wrongdoing is so sickening. It burns me up that there is literal, physical evidence as well as a spoken confession that Amberlynn was an adult hooking up with a child while that child was still in high school, but she hasn't been prosecuted. What? Did it not count or something?

@@Chaeley Yeah…I have a bit of experience in this area and there are a couple reasons why. 1. Romeo and Juliet laws may protect this kind of relationship since the relationship started when Casey was 15 and Amber was 17, so both minors. But these laws are different in every state so I’m unsure of the details here. 2. The bigger reason is that these cases rarely go to court if the victim doesn’t come forward themselves and push for it. Even when they do, sometimes nothing comes out of it. Without Casey coming forward (which I do not blame him for not doing, I didn’t either), these cases fly under the radar. 3. The logistics are too complicated. In most cases, the trial has to happen where the crime took place. Amber moved, a lot of time passed before the details came out, and with thousands of other cases in the system, this would be low priority. I feel like this situation can be a testament to how difficult the court system is for SA and DV survivors. Most of us will never get justice. I’m glad Casey felt some closure after the interview.

I’ve known people like that they’re not exactly perfect, but they have hearts of gold. A family did the same for me- a black couple and I’m a white kid their grandkids age.. I lived with them for a couple years in my 20s when I was homeless. I still talk to them this day.- they made sure I had a warm place to sleep.

I just saw the part where he talked about taking a bunch of tylenols, then says "i know- it probably wouldnt have done anything." WRONG! It only takes about 25 tylenols to be potentially lethal, or easily do serious permanent liver damage. Someone close to me did it and it was an absolute nightmare. If someone you know ever takes like over 20 tylenols, get them medical attention immediately. It's not a harmless show of teenage angst- they need to get to a hospital and get their stomach pumped. Just some random information, you never know.

As a social worker with a master’s degree and years of experience, I would *hate* for her to be my social worker with the way she makes things about her, whines, and lies. It goes directly against our national Code of Ethics. 😐

I’m guessing Casey means an associates degree in social service or something. Or a social work associate’s prep degree. No way is she a couple classes from being an actual social worker. Which I’m sure is what she told Casey. No way did she go through that internship.

My mother was like this. She didn't care what hell she put us through, but she would fly into a rage if I ever told a soul about the things she did to us behind closed doors. If she'd put even half as much effort into actually being a good mom that she did into maintaining the illusion of being a good mom to the outside world, maybe my sister and I wouldn't be so screwed up. My sister abandoned the entire family explicitly because of my parents, and my mom still can't understand why.

Side note Casey if you actually are in these comments reading along, don’t be too hard on yourself for flexing your own boundaries for someone to love you. I am a trans person who also transitioned very young, and I hurt myself so bad so often for people because I was so scared to lose what precious few supporters I had. You were only acting in a way at the time that seemed to be the right choice. Now we’re grown ups and we can look back and regret. But back then we were young and desperate to be loved.

I was taken in by my ex husband’s parents at age 16 due to abuse. His parents were the closest thing to parent I’ve ever had. We were together from ages 15-21 and got married at 18. We both had untreated mental illness and he had an addiction problem that cause a lot of trauma for me but I could never imagine saying anything negative about his parents. They weren’t perfect but they loved me and cared for me, provided for me financially in every way including getting me my first car etc. To this day now 20 years later I still think of his mom as my mom and send her a card on Mother’s Day. Anyone who takes a teen in like that is a saint and Amber is such an ungrateful brat.

God when Casey got to the anxiety attack part & Amber screaming at him saying I don’t care and hanging up. God I felt that. Being alone in such a scary situation like a panic attack and then calling the one person who is suppose to love you and maybe calm you down a little bit… I been there before Casey. Being rejected by bio parents does not happen because a child is despicable. She comes from a broken family & the foster system failed her. You could always start anonymously like most artists and just post art until you make it. heck, people following you for amber is an advantage. you have a little audience instead of having 0. i would love to see content from casey, i cant really relate to the whole amber situation but as a young trans guy i do know what that's like and after seeing all the progress he made it's such an inspiration to me.. i am also an artist and i'd just die to see his work. i completely understand the apprehension though. i just hope he can find a way to fulfill those dreams regardless, i think the youtube community would love to have him. he clearly has enough ambition to do what he wants and i also look up to that

As someone who followed the Amberverse, stopped watching when she was diagnosed with cancer. Then got back in as of November. I’m going over so much. The Krystal stuff will be very interesting/hard to watch. Knowing how she basically belittled/infantilized/teased Krystal. It probably tougher than imagined.

I feel so sorry for this young man. I saw the abuse of Becky on screen when they went live and if Amber is bold enough to display the abuse front and center then imagine what this young man went through. I have never watch Amber;s videos. I only watch the reaction channel and I saw her through chkara transformations first.
