@@Eliiikait literally shows you what numbers coincide with what buttons and what back, forward, down, up means. The guide literally starts with her best single buttons and what they’re used for. Most guides don’t even cover that and only cover the combos

Playing for a month or two (lvl 60) , usually just jade or cassie, and still this tutorial gets hard to understand, but he does show some good combos. Need practice. Just gotta try those combos yourself, slowly try to get it. But when it comes to jade I can easily understand theese, it really depends on the characters you play and how well you know your combos, especially what they do and when they are usefull, button mashing is not recomended. Press your button sequences one at a time with enough knowledge what will that sequence do. THEN you can watch theese tutorials. First master your soulmate and just keep learning. This game IS hard. Just don't play as everyone because that's what makes your learning curve extremely steep. Find someone you like and stick with it until you are PERFECT, almost. GLHF

I'd like to mention that you can have ~36% one meter combo in the corner using 3,4 -> 3, amp pistols -> 111, shoulder charge. It's really cool but vs. characters with horizontal fall you gotta be frame perfect.

Very good video and well explained but if i hear that sound when the fatal blow is ready i will go crazy. Please when you do a next guide get the hps above 30% thx

Kneecapping and the shoulder charge are a must. The flying kick is nice, but I just can't give up the air bullets. When you amplify it and get the low shot, it hits probably 90%+ of the time. Opponents are rarely ready for it. It is also real nice to get airborn characters like Fujin, Kabal, Jacqui, and Cetrion under control. Getting nerffed to 950 still irritates me.

Really? I usually forgo the shoulder charge in exchange for the flying kick, it’s synergy with fatal blow has won me so many games, but I can see how shoulder charge can be nice as a reversal

Why did her health bar get lowered to 950 compared to other characters? I have two different classes: one with shoulder charge, kneecappin’, flying kick and the other air barrage, kneecappin’, and flying kick. Both work really well for me.

@@Darth8Yoda it was when people complained about her at the start of the game, so a lazy nerf of health reduction was done but never reverted given there is no reason for her to have 950 nowadays. -.-

@@Tryingcounts wow. It’s always the goddamn players that complain and ruin certain aspects of the game. She’s great, but not all-powerful with loads of combos in her arsenal. Other characters like Jax, Johnny Cage, Kung Lao, Kollector, Shao Kahn (is at 1100!), Kotal Kahn (1050!) should be nerfed. That’s just my opinion.

@@Darth8Yodangl as a cassie main I can say as long as ppl don’t got a perfect counter for her( *cough cough* shang tsung *cough*) she got really good mixes and can beat most character in attack speed when it comes to getting close but i think if you got someone who can zone real good or can keep her away then she is pretty garbage

Ok for the second combo, in ultimate that kick will usually miss so here is the better version B24-db1AMP, j2,s21-bf2AMP.

I like VGY but tbh never seen him play cassie. Good guide, except No mention of ending combos with ball buster, how it's +4 and your follow-up options after that. Also some of her other specials like BLB advance & bitchin bubble ought to have been mentioned at least.

@@opssoldier3316 because it is not safe. And nut kick is +4 if opponent is airborne

@@scnt4693 neither is flipping out. If ur opponent guesses you're gonna do it, they can instant jump 1/2 you out of it. And many characters have specific punishers against that move. On the other hand, Blb advance can be used after 111 to retreat safely. Granted, if your opponent guesses you're gonna retreat, they can throw with a projectile, but at least it won't be a full combo punish.

@@sharathpr42 yeah I know DB3 is not safe either, my point is neither BLB escape is. If the opponent dashes forward they can fully combo punish the escape too. Cassie has no safe specials unfortunately. But for some reasons Delia dance is still in the game 😂😭

That trivia was a cool idea!! 1. Shinnok is her bitch 2. She got kidnapped by the Red Dragon and was corrupted by one Kamidogu dagger 3. Birds of prey! But she got rejected because she kept pulling her tongue out to the director 😝

How to properly do that short dash in combos?

Just hold forward and as soon as she starts to move start doing your combo again. All you need is the smallest movement. Don’t focus too much on moving. Just focus your combo. hold forward while you wait on your opponent to fall in front of you. Doesn’t change the timing of the hits in your combo

Why does her bf3 combo into fatal for you but not for me what is the requirements it makes no sense I'm lost and just want to get better. If I were to guess I need the opponent to be higher when I hit the bf3 into fatal because they just drop before the hit lands. Just dunno how it could be any faster

You have to hold forward after doing fatal blow so it’s hits farther away than normal

At 6:05, it’s so hard to replicate. Especially going in the air for a kick and then following up with Whip It Good combo and then the up glow kick. OP, how do you know when to go up for the jumping attack?

Lower the game audio or raise your mic. It's impossible to hear when you are hitting buttons.
