Zud works on porcelain tub rust. Don't sand porcelain. I've never seen those kits last. Eventually they peel.

Do you have videos about lathe and plaster walls or do advise going in and switching out to a drywall. I have a 125 yr old fourplex and I really want to transfer the top to units into a home for myself. Also, any advice on cracked foundation that I either have contractors saying fix from inside but I had one company say fix from outside but they want $40k that I don't EVEN HAVE, but I want to fix this issue as it has gotten worse, any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.

That floor when it is wet will send you flying out that window or head back smacked into the marble tile slick floor trust me ask me how i know and then how much money it cost us to remove it due to the numerous injuries sustained! Yikes
