Bette Armstrong and Operation Feast are serving up 165 meals weekly, with a side of love, for folks in need in Castlegar. Bette has a true passion for helping others and a love for cooking, which shines through the food she's serving every week. She shops, preps, cooks and packages it all up... she even helps deliver. All because she feels it's what she's needed to do. And she loves to do it.
