I like the way you hooked the leg going into the omoplata. I had a guy do a cartwheel as I went for an omoplata in a tournament recently. Thanks for posting!

Ah yea that would be cool 🙂. I need to figure out how to do that without it getting pulled down.. I think I just need to edit it more than I did last time I tried a fight pass match tho. “And this is where he dazed the shit out of me…” 😁

Good commentary Ben. Can you describe what you're thinking when you go from the RDLR with knee shield to closed guard? Specifically how not to get your guard passed in transition when you release the RDLR.

The knee shield knee blocks them away until you replace it with your rdlr knee.. then when you replace, your knee shield leg is free to move up to the high guard clinch.

Hmm I don’t think I could make it this year unless we planned it really soon.. but planning for next year would be cool 🙂. I’d definitely like to.

Ah yes I will try.. sometimes when I’ve tried in the past, the video gets blocked for copyright.. cause these platforms own my matches.. but maybe if I edit them enough then I can.
