Jesus Christ saved my life he can save yours to. No body is perfect we all have sinned fallen short of the glory of God, except Jesus Christ. I rolled with the coach years ago . He's very good and used no strength or weight on me when we rolled . Let me work a lot . In my experience a lot of higher belts smash you just because they can . He runs a great school and I'm gonna try this technique next time I roll 💪

One of our wrestling coaches was a 120kg beast with a killer grip, one day the original coach was absent that day, so he took charge of the class that day, he decided to demonstrate a front face lock throw, and being dumb enough, I volunteered, he just grabbed my neck as was talking to the other guys while I was just waiting for death to come😂😂😂😂

We have a guy in our jiu jitsu gym about the same size (320lbs ) and is a black belt. Absolute menace. If you're about to fight someone like this irl, walk away. You don't want to find out he's a black belt.

I tried a few grappling has BJJ and Sambo in the past and all have good techniques. But catchwrestling is my favorite and got me banned in a BJJ dojo 😅.
