Super video. Looks great. But I would cut the potatoes different into cubes. Also I would fry the potatoes and cauliflower with some cumin powder, salt, and Kashmiri chili powder, and for some more time. But the curry you made looks superb, restaurant style. Thank you for sharing this video.
