The plaintiff says the defendant is her ex-boyfriend, and they got a dog named Daisy together. She says he still has the dog, but he’s toxic and aggressive with the poor dog. She fears for her pet, so she’s suing for $500 or the return of her dog. The defendant says he adopted Daisy from the pound and saved her life, and she’s his dog. He’s countersuing for gas, lost wages, and medical bills.

There is no universe in which I would give my pet to an animal abuser, no matter what time of day it is or how much of a fuss he is making. I can't even imagine my dog cowering in fear and me dragging her out and giving her to the person who abuses her. I really, really hope she was lying about his treatment of the dog. If not, Daisy is the massive loser in this case. Poor baby.

That is exactly why I didn't believe her. No human being who has any compassion at all for a scared little dog is going to drag him out of his hiding place & hand him to his abuser to "calm the chaos". BS. No way in hell. exactly, and based on what both of them said, the police were at their house often enough that if that were happening she would have ben screaming it from the roof tops while they were there, and when she got a restraining order. I know this as truth - if my mate had left and then come back to try and take "my dog" - it wouldn't have happened, I don't care what hour of the morning it was - try and steal "my dog" and you're going to face more problems than you ever dreamed of. If she honestly believed that was her dog she would have called the police, again, right then and there. Instead she gave him the dog, even dragging it out (if that is true) and then waits awhile and files a court case over it. I'm not buying any of it, she's having a case of lonely heart and the dog ties them together. He needs to make every effort to distance himself from her in every way possible - that girl isn't going to let go easily.

He did the right thing by leaving the room & shutting the door on that. Then she admitted to physically attacking him & kicking his knee when he tried to hug her.....and the judge brushed it off as "one of those things".....WTH??? I would bet money if the roles were reversed, the judge would yell at him for being abusive & make him pay her medical bills, also pain & suffering. Very unjust ruling.

I think she has a child brain and isn't near ready to be a parent - but from the looks of her mommy there, I'm sure her family would fully support her in having one and then they'd end up raising and supporting it. They were playing house, not even married and she's wanting to have kids - she doesn't have enough sense to have a kid, she's a spoiled child herself. “I just sit innocently, thinking about teaching blind orphans to sing, as he paces and yells at me 😢 “ *video is of her antagonizing him* While I don’t think either are peaches I really dislike how much of a passive victim she plays. She’s clearly a pretty aggressive instigator. And from my personal experience when a person says that everyone always blames them for starting things… more often than not it’s true. The few times it isn’t true they’ve brought it on themselves by always being trashy. Like the boy who cried wolf. At a certain point you get a reputation and people are going to not believe you when it’s actually true. That’s why you shouldn’t start tons of drama. From that clip and the setup I got a lot of insight. He has a short fuse and she knows what buttons to push, and she was pushing. He didn’t like being filmed and she likely already knows that, we start mid argument with her being active. Not passive like she set up (because she wanted to secure a reaction for court). I’m just glad they didn’t have kids. It would’ve been miserable for them to be latched together and drag a poor kid or more into their toxic relationship.

We had renters a few doors down that did a midnight run on the rent approx 11 years ago. Their mixed breed dog spent more time at our house being fed, she had puppies in our dog house, (We knew only because our son & friend heard noises coming from it) while they still lived here, the mother disliked her greatly. They left her in 90°weather, no food, no water, no shelter. We rescued her. Fast forward four years, and who shows up at our house, smelling of alcohol? The couple that had abandoned the dog! They were hinting around about taking her back. We changed her name upon taking her, she wanted nothing to do with them, clung to my husband, as they made excuses for not taking her with them. I held my tongue as long as I could, and finally told them they would get our Molly when pigs fly! (My husband was not sure if we were on shaky ground because we didn't formally adopt her) They kind of changed their tune slightly when we told them she was spayed, we think their plan was to keep breeding her. I phoned the SPCA the next day, was told they had no legal standing ... period! She is at least 15 years old, currently lying in our livingroom, after having enjoyed a bologna sandwich, one of her favorites! 😁

The judge is WRONG. Reverse the roles, he is sad, she goes to comfort him and he punches her twice in the face because he didn't want to be hugged, I think he would be in jail for domestic violence, and would be responsible for all hospital bills. I pity her next boyfriend, she will physically abuse him and then when she finally get her baby, she will use it against him and she will end up physically abusing the child too. She is not stable...

If the plaintiff really cared for the dog then she would have actually sued just for getting the dog back & not for money to get a new dog. When someone genuinely cares for a dog or a pet & is scared for its life then the person would actually be willing to pay any amount in order to get the dog/pet back as opposed to suing for an amount to get a new dog if they can’t get the said dog back.
