The plaintiff loaned her friend money for a party she was having. The defendant refuses to pay, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff told her to not worry about paying it back. The defendant is countersuing for defamation and pain and suffering.

It's funny how the defendant was so appalled by the plaintiff supposedly stealing from her grandmother with alzheimers, but had no issue continuing to ask the plaintiff to bail her out of her financial difficulties. How do you run a "successful" party bus but not have the cash flow to pay for the events you're planning? She was most definitely jealous of the plaintiff and behaved vindictively when things went south between them. I truly despise those who use child services against anyone they're feuding with. If there wasn't a real concern when you were friendly, shove your concerns up your rear end when you are no longer amicable!

I'm not trying to defend the defendant. She was saying that she didn't want to feed her kids. Not that she couldn't. You can steal money and buy yourself stuff but not your kids. There are parents that got money and buy themselves name brand clothing and accessories and not think about their kids. It's really about not putting their kids first. They want to play around as if they are the babysitter of their own kids. Not defending what the defendant said. Just saying that you can have money and not care about your kids
