I’m a Mail Carrier and was attacked by a dog last June. I had 37 stitches and was off of work for 2 months. It makes me so angry that people went looking for a lawsuit over nothing. I’ve had little dogs bite my boots multiple times, a little shitzu like that couldn’t have even went through his shoe.

Those plaintiffs should be ashamed of themselves. Grown and lying. As an ER nurse, when the ambulance brings someone in that is conscious, they give them a copy of the ambulance report. They have to sign it. That would’ve clearly stated that he was bitten, and what treatment, if any was rendered in the field.

I would’ve been happy if they presented a bloody sock. Nothing, they came to court with nothing.

I knew the plaintiff was lying when she repeated everything the judge said when questioning her.

How foolish of the plaintiff's no proof , no evidence, no medical bills, no pictures. She must've been out of her mind.🙄

Omg. This happened to us. Locked our dog up for 10 whole days, no walks, no visits and wouldn't even let her out of the kennel the whole time. We were devastated because we knew she was terrified. Never letting anyone or other dogs near her again. Luckily we were able to get her back. I feel sad for them

And also ended up hurting a poor innocent kid by accusing him of letting the dog go and having his dogs taken away. They owe him therapy! Not happy with the defendant either.
