This is a perfect example of adults who hate each other more than they love the kids.

My observations: The plaintiff had a very aggressive demeanor that she couldn’t hide in court. She seemed like a total “Karen” who would bulldoze over anyone in her way. And the only one who seemed heartbroken over the situation was the defendants fiancé. I feel so sorry for those kids.

This is one of those cases that would've been perfect for Judge Judy, she'd have absolutely demolished the Plaintiff.

As a mom, I CANNOT FATHOM letting someone bully me into not even speaking up for my kids. I cant believe the bio mom didn’t say a single thing. I 100% believe the partner/plaintiff is a manipulative bully and is mean to the kids AND everyone else. They’re so much better off with the step mother.

The plaintiff is incredibly domineering. The actual mother of the children was completely shut down and looking at the ground throughout most of this case and that says a lot. I can't help but believe she said and did everything the defendants claimed because the big bully energy she brought to court was intense as hell.

Plaintiff is not the parent and has no parental rights. The mother is a washcloth in a relationship with a bull.

I lean into believing the defendant's version of events. From the way the plaintiff walked into the courtroom, her energy, and the look on her face tells me she's about the drama.

Anyone disagree that the father should definitely retain custody? The plaintiff is a nut job with an uncontrollable temper who has no business interjecting herself in her girlfriend's children's lives. You can tell that she's overbearing in the fact that the children's mother only said about two words. The restraining order is the best tool the defendants have.

What a toxic environment for those poor kids. Divorce is already hard, these adults should be protecting them and nurturing them not making their childhood a nightmare.

I went through a similar situation with my ex-husband, who hated me more than he loved our son. I eventually had to get a restraining order for 5 years to get him to stop terrorizing me. Thankfully its been 3yrs since the order expired and we have zero contact still. Our son is old enough to know who is what and who's done what... therefore I never bad mouth his father and encourage him to have a relationship with him. He refuses because of all the terrible memories his father planted in his mind trying to get at me. Its unfortunate, but those children will grow up and truly despise them.

It's fuc%ing crazy that the actual mom was silent . I believe the lover was abusing the kids . Those kids will hate them . I'm happy the father has them .

Those kids are going to need therapy. The oldest might have anger issues in his adulthood.

Kim is obviously the problem! Look at how aggressive she is in her responses! So many excuses. The mother is neglectful and weak, Kim is full of control and rage I could see that in 15 minutes no way she doesn’t see it in the physical!

The plaintiff is mean and very vindictive! you can hear it in her testimony. She has also been physical with these boys and it's not going to last much longer because they will retaliate. I feel sorry for the young boys and hope that doesn't continue in them with their children. Praying for them to get some help!

Why is the actual mother not being addressed? If the plaintiff is that loud and obnoxious in public, there is no way she is staying out of things at home, and has been for two years. It is unfortunate that JMs words are going to be prophetic, those boys are going to enter adulthood hating all the parental figures in their lives!

Four nights every two weeks is too much. With the two plaintiffs sounds like it needs to be supervised visitation.

I don't think we have the right to judge the mother as she may just feel grinded down emotionally and now is not the time she is able to step up and be strong. It happens! It seems to me that there is a level of resentment and lack of understanding on both sides. Why is the biological mom so silent on these topics? She needs to leave that other woman alone. That partner seems off and should not be involved in those kids business. The bio mom seems like she needs someone to take control. It’s all weird.

The plaintiff is a piece of work and i believe there would not be never the problems if this aggressive brut woman would be out of the pictuce stirring the pot of drama and choas. She loves it, she is intentionly do it and its not her child. But i also dare to say her female friend is also scared of her and cannot stand up to her to stop her, thats why this still continues. The biggest loser in all of this are the kids. I tend to believe the defendants especially since there was a 3rd party witness (coach to the parenting coordinator) saying the plaintiff caused trouble, and multiple times a judge ruled against the plaintiff. Plaintiff takes no responsibility for her actions and blames the situation on a manipulative teenager. Sad situation.
