You just got another subscriber! I build vintage custom choppers and I love any content with 4 into one and 4 into two 750 conversions. I am building a 1969 vintage chopper which will be done soon I hope. I am in Pennsylvania now after finishing my PhD at USF in chemical engineering. Graduated and started the chopper shop...LOL

Look good! Before you rejet'd what did it sound like. Mine sounds like the choke is on once it was up. Sputters while cruising

Had a Suzuki 750 katana years ago , tried running it with pod filters , it would never run properly no matter what jets or needle settings you could think of , long story short , cv carbs need restrictive air flow to work properly I found , put back the original factory air box and away it went with no problems .

Greetings. Nice mods and nice bike! Im about to buy a 1981 Honda CB 750F and want to immediately change the carbs to a dual carb set. I appreciate the hints on jetting. Ive been looking at Murrays but I know there are other options out there. There are Speedmotoco and maybe some others. What are yours? Thanks for your video!

I just bought a setup for my 77 kz 650 and it has 200 mains and 35 pilots that came with the kit runs like crap and has a bog when you try to rev it up it's like it's running on choke with a miss how did yours run with the jetting you had before you switched to 230 mains and 30 pilots ????

Any info on alternative fuel tanks that fit the cb750? I have a 1981 cb750c and need a new tank. I saw on 4into1.com they have tanks for under $60. Not sure on the dimensions of the original tank. Any info helps. Great vids btw!

The tanks for 60 bucks are for 350 and 550 type smaller bikes. You need one that fits............. and they are damn hard to find. Some supplier in India is building them with a 4-6 week lead time for about 550-600 smackeroo's. I personally will not pay that and wait 6 weeks. If they had one on the shelf maybe I would, or maybe I just have one built here. I can get a tank done here for that cost. Even Polished Aluminum.

How 2 carbs can work better than 4, you are pulling out 4 x 28 = 112 and put in 2 x 34 = 68, almost half of the air which means the fuel is half, the power is half. Am I wrong?

if they were the same design carb youd be right but the cb carbs are so bad that anything would be better

@@mrbluecatone replacing still wont change tthe fact that the stock cb carbs are awful. those mikunis are far superior
