Good tutorial. Several other videos I've seen did not mention using the correct torque or the extremely important air gap at the key.

Why is it only the bush side of the grub hole thread nbut not the pulley side? To allow for thermal expansion ?

Well, I think that You cannot make two perfectly identical threads. So when You would try to insert the screw, it would start to resist after half of a turn as there wouldn't be a correct helix on the inner thread, only a line made of two different helixes.

The (half)thread pushes the bush into the hub on the mating surface. Both are conical giving the bush a squeeze onto both shaft and hub. Mind you the hub will move as well, so it is important to check alignment after installing.

That is not correct way beecause ball bearnigs are nit made to take shocks from side

@@Blackcountrysteam Yeah, I don't think any maintenance procedure would recommend hammering on the shaft every time the pulley is installed. After all when bearings are being put on shafts everybody loses their mind about not hitting/pressing on the outer race (rightly so).
