hes the best i love him and started cooking on youtube because I saw him during covid,I'm a small bug still trying to learn. he's the real deal so authentic amazing. he deserves all his popularity. so humbling to hear he was a school janitor,that's why he is so genuine and giving with his love of food,its like he's teaching his kids to make the dish. I love this man

I have loved him since the first video I saw of him. Instant subscriber. Having Italian immigrants as grandparents, when he cooks, I can almost smell his kitchen. YES! "Ditto"; exactly what you said, word for word, YES! I miss my grandfather so much, but me and my grandma just turned 43/93! (We have the same birthday, 50 years apart) She's still cooking, just like Pasquale, although she lets us "kids" make the ravioli and the Christmas cookies these days.

I just discovered his channel and promptly subscribed. He's so lovable, like a older uncle or even grandpa. At first, I thought it was someone doing a great Italian accent, but no. I've been watching him for a while and even tried some of his recipes. What shocked me here is that he was a chef in Italy and he has this wonderful gift for cooking but yet, he was only a janitor here in the United States. I wonder why he couldn't have gotten a job as a chef with his amazing talent?

Good for him. He's Italian and lives in Long Branch, New Jersey Part of my heritage is Italian (Sicilian) Mom's side. My Mom, my Aunt and Grandparents lived in New Brunswick, until they moved to California back in 1952- 1953. God blesses only a few people to succeed. He has a wife & a family He has marketable & experienced skill of cooking. He's healthy, energetic, good personality, he's easily liked.

If you have never watched him do his homemade spaghetti sauce you have to watch that video it’s amazing!! it’s a lot of the way that I was taught but he goes way overboard with the amount and his process is one of a kind. He cooks with his heart that’s for sure and that’s so much work to do all of that amount of sauce!! I love watching him do anything❤️so happy for him!!

Been watching his videos for a few years now and this man reminds me of my grandfather. My own grandfather was from southern Italy, he died when I was young and Pasquale looks just like him.

They def all do.. lol. Southern Itallians and Sicilians are mostly Greek by DNA due to Magna Grecia... Northern Italians are a mix of French,Spain,Germany ect...
