Ingredients
1c coconut milk
15g/1 tbsp butter or vegetable oil
1&1/4c desiccated coconut or fresh grated coconut
1&1/4c all-purpose flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1&1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
For the Syrup
1/2c dark brown sugar
1/3c coconut milk
1/2 tsp lemon juice
vegetable oil for frying

LOL in elation . This Pinoy version of Spanish/ Mexican churros makes me so proud . I'm going to use my hardly used piping bag tips to simulate churros shape . Naglalaway nako sa latik !
