_Gracious Father, I pray to YOU today for mercy. 🙏 I am on the brink of giving up. All the things I do for my finances have collapsed. My income is now at serious risk. I am descending into some serious debt. I am almost homeless and cant take care of my family anymore. Our relationship with each other have never been this worse. 💔 I have had to sell almost all our belongings just to buy food to eat. I am at YOUR doorstep praying for strength, LORD. I have often contemplated of ending it all just to escape this mess. I know that this is not YOUR will. I pray for strength to carry on. Help me find a breakthrough. Make a way for me and help me out of this mess. Grant me strength and courage at this difficult time and let me not fall into the hands of the devil. Help me stick to YOUR word and keep praying to YOU until YOU change my situation. Give me the patience to wait on YOU, LORD. Amen._ 🙏❤️

Brother, Stay encouraged . My family went to something similar. What helped us was our relationship with God. I remember saying to the family, "Let's make sure God is taking the lead on this matter."That alone kept us going. At the end of our journey, God got us through our situations. We knew only God could have done what He did. I encourage you to keep reading the Word and pray, and especially stay close to God and build your relationship with God. Be blessed...I will keep you and your family in our prayers.

I don't believe it's in God's will for anyone to kill themselves. Plus, where would that leave your family? There are SO MANY empty jobs right now. Do what you have to do to take care of your family (as long as you aren't sinning, of course)! Too many people today don't want to work, like they are too good for low-paying jobs.

Keep on praying, ask only for what you need and not what you want, it may take time but keep praying, The Lord Jesus WILL help you and you WILL find a way out of this mess. He did it for me when I was having bad times. I was at my wits end but I trusted that HE would bless me when he thought the time was right for me and he DID. Please hang onto the thought that he will Bless you. I am praying for you as I am sure others here are also doing. There is great power in prayer, do it in earnest and believe he is helping you. May God Bless you very soon my friend. Sending love to you and your family.

The following is my reply to a KZfaq video titled "The Truth About Christmas - The Start of the Tribulation." The video was posted on KZfaq on Sunday December 11, 2022. Here's my reply: The Canaanites were celebrating the winter solstice ritual in honor of Baal 5000 years ago. In each household they had a tree (phallus symbol), a wreath (vagina symbol), and they exchanged gifts. Many centuries later the ancient Romans were celebrating the ritual in honor of Saturn and doing it the same way (tree, wreaths, gifts). Their name for the ritual was 'Saturnalia.' In around 300 A.D. the Catholic Church priestclass renamed the ritual 'Christmas.' They did it as an evangelistic ploy to attract people away from Saturn worship. The majority of the Roman people were Saturn worshipers. The temple of Saturn was the biggest building in ancient Rome. The temple priests were very wealthy and the Catholic priestclass wanted to get in on the cash cow. The spirit behind Christmas is Saturn (Old Testament Baal). The Apostle John called him 'The Spirit of Antichrist" (counterfeit Christ who seeks to mimic the Holy Spirit). He is the principality of idolatry, plus he is the spirit of top-down-control (seeks to manifest through men-at-the-top, e.g. leaders of nations, governments, religions, corporations, military, academia, medicine, media, finance, etc.). The ancient Babylonians and Assyrians called him Bel. The ancient Greeks called him Cronos. The ancient Hindus called him Indra. Same spirit going by different names in different cultures and in different time periods. It was very important to him to implement the winter solstice ritual as he understood that when a person celebrates (honors) the ritual it gives him automatic rights of access to their human spirit (conscience, intuition, and the ability to commune with the Holy Spirit) and to have ongoing influence on their spiritual life (the kingdom of darkness is all about control). Jesus was born on September 11, 3 B.C. by the Julian Calendar. Bethlehem is 2500 ft. above sea level so that in December there would've been no grass for the sheep to eat (see Luke 2:8-20 in the King James Version). Jesus had nothing to do with Christmas (never did and never will). You can verify this information online, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to find information that goes against the system narrative (propaganda/brainwash).

Lukewarm: I think the biggest obstacle for people is that they do not see how destitute they truly are...everyone wants to like themselves but they have blinders on...there is no critical and honest self reflection otherwise it would ring in their heart how broken they truly are...and im speaking from my self realization too. It makes me think that the comforts of this world steep one's soul into a cozy web of death...and "the first will be last and the last will be first". Much love and thanks for Daniel ❤️!

Amen. All holidays are Satanic. God spoke to me in my thoughts, and he told me: "Remember Able and Kains worship? Able worshipped me in truth and obedience, and Kain worshipped me in disobedience, in his own way" I understood what God was telling me. The reason why God refused Kains offering and worship was because it was not how God commanded it to be. Kain wanted to worship God his own way, not in truth. So he envied his brother Abel and hated him. God even commanded Kain to do as his brother Able did. And he refused instead of listening. The same way we can not mix paganism with Gods worship. God will not listen to it, God will not accept it. Holidays are false forms of worship. God is Holy in all sense, He will not mix himself with paganism. God bless you all. In Jesus' name.

The scriptures are there to uplift us spiritually. People struggles because we are not doing it the way God designed us to live. We live the devil lies..we claim we are christian, but denies the power of God. We are no God..and we cannot reach up to God without Jesus. Listen to him in the bible and then he will elevates us to God. We can only use God word on God. That is the only clean thing on earth..the devil dirty up everything else. The word washes us , so we can climb Jesus vine to the father..other wise we are gonna be stuck in the devil filth.

@bibleman8010
@bibleman8010 7 ай бұрын
The most obvious reason...Pagans didn't celebrate the birth of Jesus of Nazareth! Christmas happens around the same time as the Jewish holiday of C'Hanukka, and this is no accident. The first Christians believed the first C'hanukka was on Dec. 25th. Since Christianity is rooted in Judaism, it would make more sense Christmas is the Christinization of C'hanukka. Christmas is not a pagan holiday The angels celebrated His birth, and we should, like them, celebrate the joyous occasions. Consider, the famous Hymn, “Hark! the herald angels sing” “Glory to the newborn King” Peace on earth, and mercy mild God and sinners reconciled! Joyful, all ye nations rise, Join the triumph of the skies With th’angelic hosts proclaim, “Christ is born in Bethlehem!” Hark! the herald angels sing, “Glory to the newborn King!” It comes from the Bible, yes the celebration in the Bible. See Luke 2:8-14. Christmas does not have pagan origins, although many of the rituals and symbols behind it, including the day it is celebrated may have. We celebrate the origin of it, the God-Man, behind it and the salvation is symbolizes, not the pagan celebrations it may have replaced. Gregory Koukl wrote a nice piece on this issue here. His point was that Christmas does not have pagan origins, but there are winter celebrations that are pagan. If we dismissed these customs because of their pagan origin then we should also dismiss wedding rings, weddings, chairs, Western calendars, funerals, days of the week-for many were created by pagans. Galatians 5:22: "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law." The Christmas Spirit is in total accord with and promotes love and joy. Savior from death itself. Winter, a time of year with often darkened skies and gloomy weather in many parts of the globe is then transformed into a wonderful time of joy, love and peace on earth for all of good will. O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree, How steadfast are your branches! Your boughs are green in summer's clime And through the snows of wintertime. O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree, How steadfast are your branches! O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree, What happiness befalls me When oft at joyous Christmas-time Your form inspires my song and rhyme. O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree, What happiness befalls me O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree, Your boughs can teach a lesson That constant faith and hope sublime Lend strength and comfort through all time. O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree, Your boughs can teach a lesson. LEV. 23: 40) And you shall take for yourselves on the first day the fruit of beautiful trees, branches of palm trees, the boughs of leafy trees, and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before the LORD your God for seven days. (NEH. 8: 13-15) 13 Now on the second day the heads of the fathers’ houses of all the people, with the priests and Levites, were gathered to Ezra the scribe, in order to understand the words of the Law. 14 And they found written in the Law, which the LORD had commanded by Moses, that the children of Israel should dwell in booths during the feast of the seventh month, 15 and that they should announce and proclaim in all their cities and in Jerusalem, saying, “Go out to the mountain, and bring olive branches, branches of oil trees, myrtle branches, palm branches, and branches of leafy trees, to make booths, as it is written.” God also lists the use of statues in His worship (EXO. 25: 17-19), garland, bells, and fruit (EXO. 28: 33; II COR. 3: 16), and other things I could list but won't. All of these things are used at Christmas, and condemned by people as pagan. Is this a double-standard? Once again we're right back to talking about having a standard and sticking to it.

It's believed that Jesus was born around the Feast of the Tabernacles which is September/October. If we go back nine months from here where are we??? And when DOES life begin??? We also need to remember how Jesus came into this world. If we stop celebrating Christmas we could end up not reading scriptures associated with Christmas. You should not take away from God's Word.

No, Christmas is not a pagan holiday. Christmas is the Christian remembrance and celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ. Christians believe that, in Christ, God entered the human race and so deserves the title Immanuel or “God With Us” (Matthew 1:23). Even so, some say that various Christmas traditions have pagan origins, so the question is legitimate. First, the pagan origins of Christmas are far from certain. The winter solstice, often tied with Christmas, never falls on December 25. Likewise, Saturnalia, which has also been proposed as the origin of Christmas, was never celebrated on December 25. Other Christmas symbols, such as trees and candles, may have had some pagan connotations, but these are so common in human experience that it can hardly be claimed that their use was ever exclusive to paganism. Second, the meaning of any word, symbol, or custom is determined by current usage, not origin. Many words and practices have departed from their origins and no longer mean anything close to what they once did. For instance, the swastika has been around for thousands of years as a symbol of good fortune. It was therefore reasonable for the Nazi party to take this as their symbol, as they emphasized that they were the party to bring good times back to Germany, which was going through hard times after World War I. However, it would be absolute foolishness for a person to decorate his home today with swastikas based on their “real meaning.” The swastika has been so thoroughly identified with the horrors of the Holocaust that, in the current culture, it is a symbol for anti-Semitism and all things evil. The original meaning of the symbol is completely irrelevant. Likewise, if you asked the average American to tell you about Nike, probably better than 90 percent would talk about a brand of athletic shoes and clothing with hardly any mention of the Greek goddess of victory for whom the company is named. In a Google search of the term Nike, you would have to sift through dozens of results before you found anything about the Greek goddess Nike. When you see someone wearing the famous “swoosh,” your first thought is of a modern company, not an ancient goddess, and no one would assume that the wearer of said clothing is a worshiper of the goddess. Regardless of what the Christmas symbols may once have meant, their use today needs to be evaluated on the basis of what they mean today. To automatically associate candles, colored lights, or decorated trees with pagan worship is unwarranted. If there are unbiblical practices in our Christmas celebration, then those should be forsaken. Feasting is biblical, but gluttony is not, so perhaps that is an area that Christians need to think about in their Christmas celebrations. Drinking alcoholic beverages is not forbidden by the Bible, but getting drunk is. So, a Christian celebration should not involve drunkenness. Giving of gifts is biblical, but going into debt or spending beyond your means is not, so Christmas gifts should be purchased responsibly. It’s good for Christians to examine their celebrations to make sure that they truly honor God.

@@digitallifeline162 not celebrating Christmas would not be in any way shape or form unhealthy for the Christian walk and sanctification. It’s not a problem of taking away from the Word but adding on to it, stop pretending that we need to celebrate Christmas to do well in our study of the Bible or our walk with Christ. We’re called to celebrate Christ everyday, not specially on December 25th because something something and Christ was born on someday and the explanation you had for it.

The best we can do is repent and turn away from our sins. It is easier said than done to turn away from whatever you are struggling with, but that is why we have Jesus. If your heart truly wants to rid yourself of that sin, cry out to the Holy Spirit for help. Jesus died on that cross because we ARE imperfect and are sinners.We come to the Lord humble, knowing we are not worthy of His grace, but begging for forgiveness. He knows your heart, and will accept you with open arms if you are truly born again and trying to live of the spirit and not of the world.

Thank you for taking a stance on the subject. Too many people try to justify this holiday by bringing Christ to it. But every aspect of it is of pagan origin. Believing in santa instead of God being the provider and fulfiller of gifts and provisions. The gluttony of gift and eating. The wishing instead of praying. The mistletoe, the yulelog. The tree. I just don’t get it. I celebrated the last time in 2018, never looked back and don’t miss it.

Saint Nicholas, gave gifts in secret, it is he that Santa is inspired from. Winter is a dark and depressing time, should there be nothing? There is a need for a cheerful celebration, to lift peoples hearts. You, and others, are being immense fools. On Halloween, the same day, should you do absolutely nothing? Is it on that day, wrong to celebrate and praise God? It is on a pagan holiday, so therefore doing anything in favor of God, or to glorify God, is an immense sin, just because it's done on the same day. On Christmas, we remember God, and what Jesus have done for us, is that wrong? I think you, and others, are workers of iniquity, servants of Satan, who attack the very day dedicated to celebrate Jesus arrival on earth! You bring up the yulelog, which is not a thing anymore, nobody has a big log they burn over time anymore, get a grip. You appear to me as a legalist, with the heart of a pharisee. Just because the world and worldly people, use the season for commercialism, doesn't mean you have to, you can celebrate Christmas the Christian way, instead.

You people need to read your Bibles before you end up in Eternal Hellfire. This is what the Bible teaches, this is how Jesus set up the church to teach through Apostle Paul.
