@@einflinkeswiesel2695 as far as I have observed, he cares a little less about the person’s level of passion for cooking (though he still wishes to fan the flames of passion for cooking in anyone who already has it, especially kids) and more about their competence. Especially if that person is already a trained chef. He sees them as insulting the craft of cooking when they went through all the education and training and yet make mistakes that even some amateur, non-professional, home cook wouldn’t make. P.S he also becomes the most enraged when said incompetence could lead to someone getting hurt, sick or dying of food poisoning.

Mick Foley, even when he was wrestling and putting his body on the line week in and week out, would always find time for kids. The list goes on and on, but it seems that the biggest thing is that even the huge stars like Undertaker and Triple H would always find time, no matter what it cost them professionally or personally, to be humble around those less fortunate or who had been helped by them.
