Want to know what celery juice can do for your health? Here is a video of how I used celery juice for 7 days and I observed what effect the celery juice will have on my health over those number of days.
This is an expansive celery juice review. A qualitative review of what celery juice can do for your health.
I looked at the effect of celery juice on bowel function, the effect of celery juice on sleep, the effect of celery juice on mental health. I also looked the effect of celery juice on exercise tolerance plus how celery affects blood pressure.
Does blood pressure improve with celery juice or does celery juice increase blood pressure or does celery juice have no effect at all on blood pressure.
Then I did something unique. A lot of people worry about celery juice raising their blood sodium levels. Is this true? I did 2 blood tests to investigate the effect of celery juice on blood sodium levels.
This is not your typical 'I used celery for 7 days and this is what happened' video. This goes far beyond that. This video explores further and deeper the effect of celery juice on different health parameter..

I have juiced celery juice every morning for 6 mo. You are so right Dr all of my levels are down even blood pressure and I have lost 50 pounds. Totally amazing. And I sleep well. Keep up the good work.

So crazy that I drank 16oz of celery juice for a week and it don’t carry me to the bathroom, I just had normal bowel movements. Definitely helps with my acne and acid reflux

If you are looking to move your bowel, then the juice is not all you want. You need the insoluble fiber too. Do a smoothie with the celery instead. That way you get to use the pulp which constitutes the insoluble fiber. You get everything that way - soluble and insoluble fiber

I saw my lipid specialist today. Lifestyle changes are mandatory. I saw this and I'm looking forward to making smoothies with celery. I don't have a juicer yet. I'm going to view more videos. The juice is not your best bet for cholesterol reduction. You will need to do celery smoothie amongst others because you will need the fiber. Something like this smoothie here kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rNl4aM2n3M27o5c.html

You can use a blender just cut the celery in pieces. I use a blender and add juice or almond milk. So it won't be too thick just add more milk or 100% juice to it.

I’ve been interested about the benefits of celery. I use a ton of celery in salads and in soups recently stopped overcooking it and it was more delicious in soup that way with lots of celery. Thank you doctor! I’m doing something right!

Hi Dolores, it’s a great thing to know your interest in celery and it’s health benefits. But be careful how often you add celery in your foods when cooking. It’s sad to know that celery gains times 6 of extra calories when cooked. For instance, 1 stalk of celery in its raw state contains 6 calories. When this 1 stalk is cooked, the calorie content increases to 30. It’s better to often eat it raw than cooked if your goal includes weight loss/maintenance.

I did yr nitric oxide excercises daily, celery juice each morning on empty stomach and change to healthy diet for a mth. My BP is now normalised and doctor said no need medication. Will continue this practise for rest of life. Thanks Dr Joe for yr videos on BP.

I have been soaking my strawberries in water and apple cider vinegar to kill any germs. Celery would do well to soak kn water and vinegar for 4 to 5 minutes after rubbing off the dirt. Great video, I really appreciate Doctor Joe. 😊 Thank you very much!!

That’s awesome to here I started juicing celery today I have been taking Blackseed oil capsules, Hawthorne capsules and Coke Q 10 and I’m not really seeing too much of a difference so I’m hoping that the celery juice will help.

Why couldn’t I drink it Dr. Joe? What health issues would prevent me from using it to lower my blood pressure. I’m amazed with your results! I’m always looking for natural remedies. I’ve been diagnosed with essential thrombocythemia/poly cythemia Vera( high platelets and high iron). Platelets are over 1.2 million😳. Any advise for me? Thank you so much Dr. Joe!

@@bettinamorgan4109 Wow, those platelets are fairly high and you have polycythemia too. I do not think both conditions should prevent you from using the celery juice. However, you may have a chat with your hematologist about it just to be sure

@@portianl ; Yes, I missed that in the video. I did try celery juicing for six weeks. It didn’t help my blood pressure. Then I tried beet root juice. That worked but not much. It dropped my pressure by 6 points, give or take a point. Years ago, I did the keto diet and within five weeks, by blood pressure completely normalized. Well of course I fell off the diet🙄 and pressure went back up. I did keto again, but it did not help my pressure this time. So aggravating. So mad at myself for coming off keto the first time.

I wasn't fasting but you can do a celery juice fast if you wish. I eat healthily, mostly plants and I had two more meals each day. Best to have the juice on an empty stomach and it doesn't when you have it so long as it is on an empty stomach. That means in the mornings or between meals

I am watching lots of videos on celery juice. The question I have is when I have the drink first thing in the morning ; can I go ahead and eat what eat everyday? Of course this will be after half an hour. Second question, does celery juice help with woman's health issues?

You can also use the pulp left over to put back into your composting for your gardens.

I also like the idea of using lime and ginger to assist with the taste. I do not have a juicer so I will try to purchase it at the grocery store.

Celery, cucumber, apple, ginger, lemon is a very good to relax the body after a hard day at work. The apple give it a hint of sweet flavor for people who worry about the tase. I also drink beets and celery with ginger, lemon. Celery, carrots, kale, cayenne pepper,apple,ginger. Banana, blueberry, strawberry spinach cayenne pepper and coconut water. I use nutribullet and everyone always come out good.

I will try it! Last week I combined Celery, cucumber, pineapple, juice from boiled pineapple skin, ginger. It helped with digestive issues and supposed to get rid of bad odors

I watched the video I was surprised to see that you did not add water is that what you do in preparation of any fresh juice? Most juice recipes always say to dilute with half water, why? however I never understood why, is it safe to have 💯 pure? What other juices do you prepare? What is your diet like to maintain your slender physic? Any suggestions for rapid weight loss? Leto? Intermittent fasting?

@@sylviaanderson704 Sandra Westley , I do both it’s not a fast weight lose but it’s a very satisfying diet. Keto and 16/8 fasting each day I have lost 14 lbs since January. But the menu is excellent any of the Keto meals on KZfaq I never feel hungry at all. So just try it, you don’t need to eat loads of fat if you have fat to lose, you want your body to live off the fat on your body not the food you eat, so see Keto Chaos she’s lost 207 lbs, and knows the in and outs about all of it.

Update: based on my comment below I started this process. Praise God. No medication taken and from 133-138 every week - guess what? - I now reading 123-128. So now a long next - 2 juices a week next week with some celery and humous snack during lunch. Let's see what happens (just to reduce daily juicing). Wow. It works. Thanks Dr. I am so excited.

I will be surprised if it gives you any gastrointestinal symptoms. Use it as often as possible. You can aim for 4 -5 times a week
